Had a U-Haul rental established by talking to a representative on line. When I showed up at Champions True Value they informed me that there would probably be an extra fee to drop it off at a different location, something that U-Haul assured me would not happen. Then they proceeded to tell me that they did not have the equipment I reserved (see picture). They told me that what I was looking at was a toy hauler or a tow dolly....both of which were parked next to the trailer I reserved. The person at the desk was less than helpful and the owner (?) said it was up to the person at the desk.....? I asked them to cancel my reservation. I called U-Haul an hour later and my reservation had not been cancelled. If I could put zero stars for both the hardware store and U-Haul, I would.

The hardware store is good, the convenience part is lacking. They don't want cash over an hour before closing, and they complain about cashing winning lottery, unless you're going to spend it. I've had this issue many times at this location. Everywhere else in town accepts cash before closing and is willing to cash winning tickets. Don't go here unless you want to be treated like an annoyance for using cash or cashing a lottery ticket they sold you. The hardware part has good customer service. Not sure why the convenience part doesn't. Never had this problem at any other Campioni store.

Gas pumps are the awful ones that BLARE ads at you, and there’s no way to turn them off.

Well stocked shelves. Large store. Friendly young staff. Not much hardware expertise.

They sell literally everything. We stopped on a snowmobile trip. Everything we needed in one stop gas, beer, and trail passes.

Nice little business in Iron Mountain near the "North Side" packed with your plumbing, electrical, outdoor stuff, paint, nuts and bolts, you name it needs, so that you don't have to go to the larger company owned store where the people there may not have an answer to your question or know what you want. If you walk into Campioni's you will have a knowledgeable employee greet you right away and who has skills and understanding of what you need and will take you right to the aisle. I have gone in with goofy requests that I don't even know what it is on my list and they do! I love this store.

Lots of selections, but limited staff on hand to help out if needed.
