Been a driver here going on 12 years as of January 2024, [INFACT THE SECOND DRIVING JOB I'VE HAD. Which is a reflection on me, Not A Reflection Of The Company. ] Average place as a driver to work. They no longer pay a competitive wage or value experience asa driver, so an experienced driver makes the same as a new driver. The equipment is newish. The trucks are governed at 68 MPH, unfortunately if you get a speeding or warning ticket they turn your truck down to 62 MPH, so know that coming in. [They do have a you break it, you bought it policy, meaning ANY DAMAGE DONE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR.[enforced by Ronald Ritchie, Fleet Manager]. As a long time employee when I call into dispatch, I'm greeted by name, not by a number, which feels great. There is an open door policy here, and a driver is able to be speak with any of the staff in the office, from lower management to the owner [providing they are available at that time, otherwise you Will be called back.]

Damage equipment you pay for it, late for load you lose bonus. Wake drivers up in the middle of their sleep asking for location. They have in cab cameras that they can turn on at anytime, but they tell they drivers they only go on when there is a safety issue. Not true, they watch drivers whenever they please. Owner flys off the handle for all kinds of crazy reasons. On and on with these nut jobs. Stay clear of this crew!Update.. owner just called and threatened to take me to court over this review. Crazy MFer. Go ahead it's all true!

When I call in to dispatch I'm greeted by name not by a number, feels grate. There is an open door policy here and a driver is able to be speak with any of the staff in the office, from lower management to the owner [providing they are available at that time, otherwise you Will be called back.] So... skip the rest of the companies and come here!

Been a driver here going on 11 years as of January 2024, it's an okay place to work same as most companies. As a driver the equipment is top notch, 15 pto days after 6 years (which the company may or my not honor.) The upper management is not favorable twords drivers, most of the driver managers are strictlyon the company's side with the exception of a few. When I call in to dispatch I'm greated by name not by a number, feels grate. Unfortunately, recently I found out that loyalty towards drivers is no longer a priority. So if you are interested in a company to retire with continue looking.

To be honest this company is one of the best I've worked for! There dispatchers are awesome. The two young ladies in the office are very well rounded and deserve nothing but respect! Safety will go out of there way to help you. The owner is very down to earth and to be honest this company's mechanic shop is top notch! I passed a level one inspection because everyone works as a team. Be positive. Be grateful. Speak to people like there people and you'd be surprised how awesome it is to work for A.D Transportation. God bless ya'll let them know 1868 told you about this company.

This was a great career choice compared to my last company, they have treated me an talking with other drivers nothing less than family...They take pride in their equipment which I definitely appreciate that, the miles are there depending on if you want them an that's to each is on, the only bad thing I can say is there isn't a cafeteria to get food, but it's in the middle of a lot of restaurants so you'll have to Uber eat which I'm not a big fan of so...so other than that it still gets 5 stars from me...Thanks A.D TRANSPORT for allowing me a opportunity to grow with a great company

Awesome company! Straight forward, great communication, help anytime you need it. I was a new truck driver with 6 month’s experience. I had alot of help anytime I need from the shop, Human Resources and All of the dispatchers. I want to work over the weekend and this company is great for Monday through Friday. When I get to that point, I will be back. Very professional and respectful of its drivers. The best trailers and equipment. They expect that which is good for all of us.
