Great group of people here. The guys in the office are very nice and friendly. The warehouse guys are very quick. I’ve loaded here once a week for close to 2 years and it usually takes less than an hour and a half. Plenty of parking in the back as well.

Our company frequent this Facility at least once a week and they’re exceptionally fast and professional. The friendly staff always give greetings or return them and they open there bathroom, vending machines and break room to their truckers instead of offering a porta potty like some other facilities.

Plenty of parking & I believe overnight as well, easy docking, I'm never there more than an hour, loading, let's just say they're fast, great respectful staff, will greet you with a smile, & that goes a long way with me, one of the few places I look forward to loading at. The guys at Vertical are very friendly and attentive. They get you in at your appointment time and most likely before. They have a clean and safe building. I enjoy going there every week.
