The office staff was very polite and professional. The radiologist, hygienist And dentist were very personable. They all showed sincere personal interest in me. I was very satisfied with their service and I see myself being a customer for life.

Toothache ache pain was 15/20. I had to get it pulled. I remembered this location and was praying they could help. They did. The only sad part was the new X-ray tech trying to help me caused me more pain. They noticed and others came in to help her and tried to comfort me through the process. That made them #1 for me. The Hygentist who completed the extraction gets 10 stars. She was amazing. She even gave me something so I wouldn’t get a dry socket because she knew I had to work that night. All is well. I recommend this location any and every time. God bless them all even the ones who have to get the experience!!!

Dr. Kayla was great. First dentist that understood the sensitivity of my mouth. I went in just about in tears. Walk out with hands up. The staff Shanice and everyone from the front desk on was awesome. The Lord final sent me to a home dentist ?. No more tears. Thank you Aspen Dental from the bottom of my heart ❤️. See ya Friday.

An extremely friendly and caring staff. I felt as though everyone really cared. They were courteous, and understanding. I would absolutely recommend this Aspen dental office. An extremely lovely and comforting receptionist named Miriah greeted . And was just the beginning of an overwhelmingly positive expression.

Very nice staff. I went in for a cavity. I ended up financing thousands of dollars. I changed my mind in less than 24 hours. I called the general manager to cancel all services in less than 24 hours. And was told to have the work done because it was going to take 6 MONTHS for refund to my account. I still canceled the services regardless of what the general manager told meThey charge card before my first appointment. . I AM RECEIVING EMAILS AND TEXTS REMINDERS ABOUT SERVICES THAT I CANCELED.

My experience at this Aspen Dental location was absolutely second to none! From the moment I walked in through the completion of my appointment, I felt like their #1 priority. Everyone was so outgoing and bubbly, I had a great time (which I don’t normally expect when I’m getting my teeth cleaned). Becky the hygienist was so funny, caring, and overall so kind! I can’t wait for my next routine appt! Thanks to all!

Came here today for what I thought was an Emergency dental visit due to my cavity falling out. They did a full x-rays and were telling me about the tooth I came in for in the first place like they were examining me as a new patient. Myappointment was at 4pm. I showed up at 3:45, and didn’t get to the back until 5:30. All for them to basically do a new patient exam and neglect was I was there for. Than they tried to schedule me for a procedure, and saying I would need to make a deposit but minutes prior they said my insurance provider was unable to be reached to see what my deductible/cost would be if any. On top of that, no appointments were available the next day. I left with no appointment, my tooth still snagged( didn’t even try to fill the hole or put something to temp fill because we all know how tooth pain can arise ) . I would avoid this place if you can, seems like they’re money hungry. Even if you let them know what you’re they’re for, they’re going to do whatever. Be aware, they will just keep making up excuses for why they are so behind. I should have left when I saw a guy come in after me and fill out paperwork, only for him to be taken back before me.Update: When I left two days ago the office manager Naomi told me she would call me the next day (Thursday) to let me know what her two doctors said about my X-rays. Waited until about 3:15 Friday , no one called. Called them back, got a hold of a representative that had no idea what was going on. Put me on hold to go talk to Naomi , and came back to say she would call me back that day. Naomi never called back , Thursday. I called Friday morning and was assisted by a fill in rep that let me know my insurance was not covered with their specialist . Crazy that she couldn’t call back to just explain that . I called after i contacted a specialist that could perform the produce I needed for her to tell me she’ll get to sending my x-rays over to them “in a minute” . I asked her what she meant by that for her to tell me that usually they require you to come in to sign for x rays to be sent off. The fill in rep Ashley did more for me than Naomi did in two day. Ashley sent over my X-rays to the specialist after Naomi clearly didn’t have the correct email address after I told her when I spoke to her earlier. She should be ashamed for being so unprofessional while representing a business . However, kuddos to Ashley!!

I spent three hours here. They performed my x-rays, logged my allergies and medications into the computer system, and then came back into the room to ask me my name. They didn’t do a cleaning, had me sign up for a care credit account, and then charged my care credit account $700 just for looking at my teeth. I did not return here because I can’t trust a dental office that can’t even keep track of who they’re treating.

Everyone was really nice but they're clearly understaffed. I had an appointment for a cleaning and sat for 90 minutes without even getting started on the cleaning yet. They tried to upsell oral cancer screening where I'd have to pay out of pocket same day before even starting to address why I'm here.. It just seems like they're shoving as many as people as possible and not worried about customer experience unfortunately. There's a lot of dentists in the area and I will not be returning to Aspen.

Tried to post a review and it was deleted. Annoyed doesn't begin to cover my frustration with today's appointment.Scheduled at 10am for a routine crown prep I was told would take an hour. Dentist and assistant took 20 mins to show up initially before saying equipment was broken and had to move to a different room. Then proceeded to routinely disappear several times for 20-30 mins at a time! The novacaine wore off twice!FOUR HRS LATER they finished up. Ridiculous!! I lost an entire day of work today due to this!!ONLY reason I'm not leaving one star is that the dentist was professional and apologetic and comped the additional procedure and add on product. However, they Scheduled an additional appointment without consulting me as to date and time, acting like it was already on the books, which it clearly wasn't.Highly considering going somewhere else after today's experience

I had a procedure scheduled first week of May and they canceled it without any notice. I didn’t find out until I showed up to my appointment and had taken the whole week off from work for my recovery. It’s been over two months and they still haven’t refunded me my money. They made me pay upfront for my surgery and every time I call them they said they’ll give me a call back. I rarely write bad reviews but this really upsets me. Hopefully someone in the office will read this and make sure they refund me my money.

I came in a couple weeks ago after dealing with years of dental procedures/braces "twice", getting crowns, teeth pulled etc...I'm 50 years old and I can't remember ever being without teeth problems/discomfort or pain. I put off doing what I knew was going to have to happen, which was getting full dentures. I was SCARED.. it was the fear of the unknown. The team that works with me are wonderful.I final got my immediate dentures. I was the biggest baby but they made sure I wasn't in pain the entire time.I still have awhile to go before I get my permanent dentures, but I know I'm in good hands. ?

I went for a complimentary exam and evaluation. While the dental technician and dentist were exemplary in their hospitality and performance, I cannot say the same for the patient advocate. She was almost to the point of being rude and was unfamiliar with policies of your organization. She kept us waiting in the “green” room for more than 15 minutes and when were finally went into here office she was far from hospitable. Her performance is the major reason I will not be a customer of Aspen Dental.
