Worst experience with ATT by far. Went here because I needed a corporate store to help with account issues. They either did not care to help or didn't know what they are doing. Ended up going to another store that wasn't corporate and they figured my problem out. Would not recommend this store!

Jordan did an amazing job getting us upgraded, finding my husband a great deal on 'I just need a basic smart phone' as well as my need for an upgrade to my tried and true S20. When I came back with my old phone to trade it in, Wade took care of me super quick, during lunch. Definitely recommend this location as well as this team. Thank you so much.

We have company Account from last 15 years with 10 line, giving ATT worth 1000-1300 revenue every month
This store has given us Un-professional customer service by JORDEN I went in this store on 1/8/25 and told him to upgrade my phone line there were only 2 persons working that day Jordan messed up my order and I was out of phone for 3 days.
Please be careful going in there they might call police on you.

I got a new iPhone and switched services over to Att. I was so irritated. I had been trying to get my phone to make calls and texts to my new phone from my old phone. I was speaking to customer service at Best Buy where I bought the phone through att at. Then I had to call my old cell company. Then I had to speak to att specialists. I was on the phone from 8am to 11:15am…I was then advised to go to the att store. Wade was awesome! He helped me quickly and helped me save money by recommending I trade my old phone in, and recommended the apple protection program. He also asked where I was employed and helped me receive an additional discount. I have worked in customer service my whole professional career in management. I would recommend anyone to go here and work with Wade. Thanks again!

What’s the point of making an app when you arrive on time and get told you gotta wait there’s another person ahead of you 😂 waited 15 mins and bailed. Poor leadership if the employees aren’t given the guidance to manage both appointments and walk ins. And if they are told this and the employees are guided this way but still act the oposite well then that’s on them.
