Desmond is an absolute joy. He deserves recognition I have never had such a friendly and lovely interaction with someone in retail. I’ve worked customer service for 15 years and he like myself provides excellent personable experiences he is an RARE GEM AND ASSET to anywhere he wishes to work.

I bought online and picked up in store a few weeks ago. I was excited the glass soap dispensers were finally on sale!
I picked a navy blue. When I went in store to pickup, I decided seeing in person that I liked the lighter blue color more than the dark one I chose to order the day before.
Sarah was at the register and helped me out. I let her know that I had an online order to pick up, but I had changed my mind and wanted to exchange my product for a different color. She got not order. Then let me know that I could not exchange my item. If I wanted a different color I would have to return the other and pay full price for the dispenser, and that there wasn’t a way to do an even exchange….this didn’t make sense to me. I didn’t want to make a fuss, or ask any more questions- she seemed shut down to helping me.
I decided to come to the Arborland store and swap out my item. Absolutely no issue, no questions! I got an even exchange and left with the light blue dispenser.
The Canton store is closer to home, but I will be shopping at Arborland moving forward. I guess I should have asked for a manager when I was in the first time but it wasn’t worth the trouble.

We just left from our shopping trip at this location highly satisfied. The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Dasmon . The store was closing as we were leaving, and Mr. Dasmon made sure that everything on the receipt was correct and when we noticed that we had made a mistake in forgetting an item, he made sure to re-do the transaction so that we can get the sale discount on the missed item. He went through three trouble to do all of this as the store was closing. We really appreciated his willingness to help us.

Very knowledgeable staff! I don't tend to shop at bath and body works. But I tend to enjoy citus scents. After talking with a sale associate they were able to point me in the right direction.
