Coming from a warm weather state, needed to get winter tires on my SUV. Was pleasantly surprised to be able to get an appointment the very next morning after I walked in. Everyone was not only very professional but customer centric. I even got my tires completed in less time than expected. It is apparent that they run a very efficient operation there.

Decided to go here instead of Discount Tire because the price was marginally lower. My brand new tires were installed last Wednesday. I had a flat tire on Friday because they installed a valve stem improperly. On Saturday, another tire started being problematic. I don't even want to take it back here to make them fix it because they clearly don't know what the hell they're doing.Update: verified leaking valve stem on 2nd tire also. I've been without a car for 2 days in the last week because of this problem. Completely unacceptable. Take your money elsewhere if you want to trust your tire installs.

Sharing my bad experience with this store on their enormous long wait times even for flat tire. I walked in by 8.15 am and they gave me a slot only by 2.20pm even when I said I had to wait there and finally got my car tire fixed by 12.30pm. I never had to spend 4 hours for fixing a flat tire.

Ordered tires and set up an appointment on the website. I showed up on time for the appointment and 20 minutes later was informed that the tires I ordered weren’t there. Then I was shown a list of other similar tires that were more expensive to choose from or they’d order the tires I ordered for tomorrow. I don’t know if this was a sales gimmick to clear out inventory or make more money or what but it was my experience at this particular Belle tire. So be advised.

Dear Belle Tire Manager DeAngelo,I am writing to share my recent experience at your Canton Center Rd and Ford Rd location. As a long-time customer, my family and I have always appreciated the service and support we received from Belle Tire. However, our most recent visit left us quite disheartened.We had contacted your establishment last Thursday to order rims for my elderly father's truck, and we were advised to come in on Monday as they had to be ordered and would show up then, we then offered a slight delay until Tuesday to accommodate their schedule. We made every effort to arrive promptly on Tuesday morning, though we encountered some traffic delays that caused us to be a bit behind the 8 am opening time.Upon our arrival, we were met with unexpected challenges. We were informed that our “appointment” that we never really had because we were told “just show up first thing in the morning” was now considered to be late due to the backlog of cars from the previous night??. DeAngelo, whom we understood to be the manager, made a comment about “how lucky we were that our appointment wasn't canceled”. This response took us by surprise, as we had simply inquired about the estimated completion time for our vehicle.Moreover, the demeanor displayed by DeAngelo towards my elderly father was both shocking and unprofessional. We believe that all customers, regardless of their age, deserve respectful and courteous service.Our intention in sharing this feedback is not to dwell on the negative aspects of our experience but to provide constructive input that can help improve the overall customer experience for those going forward. Upon reviewing the locations current Goggle reviews we see this is an ongoing issue with this location and maybe corporate needs to revisit its training and protocol? We have always held Belle Tire in high regard and hope that you can address these concerns to rebuild the reputation for excellence that you've lost over the years.We kindly request that you review the handling of appointments and customer interactions to ensure that everyone receives the level of service they deserve. We look forward to hearing from you and hope to see improvements in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Over promise and Under deliver. I Droppedthe car at 8 am for an oil change and alignment. I called at noon and was told that although they hadn’t started the job they assured me it would be done. I again called at 5 pm as I hadn’t heard back and was again told that they hadn’t started it but promised that it would be done. Arrived just before close and was told that they did not do the work and would not be able to. As an explanation, I was told that most cars were sitting there for 3 days without service which we took as that was the standard for Canton Belle Tire. Won’t be doing business with Belle Tire again as they make it very clear that they don’t really care about service provided or customer care.

We were getting ready for a trip and had Canton Belle Tire check out the vehicle. Thanks to Belle Tire for doing a thorough job and catching the problem. We appreciate the service we get there.

I called this store on 7/6/23 at 9am and spoke to Scott to verify that one of my tires (which had broken due to manufacturer defect) was covered by warranty; Scott confirmed that the tire in question was under warranty, so I asked him to order the replacement tire. Took the vehicle there on 7/10/23 and dropped the car off with Eric, and stated that I was here to get the warranty tire replacement installed and left the car with him. At the end of the day we were CHARGED FULL PRICE for the replacement tire! Belle Tire not only claimed the damaged tire was NOT under warranty but also claimed that Scott told me it was NOT covered when I originally called them! I was stunned that they claimed ZERO accountability and charged us full price, but based on the massive number of negative reviews of this place, I should have expected as much.Since their word means nothing, I will NEVER use their services again and I urge you to avoid them at all costs. I will be telling everyone I know to go elsewhere.

Maybe it is the time for a class-action lawsuit. In my opinion this company’s business model is built on scamming customers. The Canton, Ford rd, store is horrible, and the company is also at fault. Read the reviews and u will know why. For example from my personal experience, tires come with free flat repair and free rotation. Nowhere on the Belle Tire website u can schedule a flat tire repair. If u call the store, the soonest appointment is a week away for a flat tire. If u stop by the store, they will tell u leave the car at the store and they have no shuttle, they may get to in several hours or tomorrow. Flat tire is an emergency and must be managed timely (like an hour or two of waiting at the store should be the maximum). Belle tire, shame on u for false advertisement, put flat repair appointments option on your website, and clearly state flat repair might take a week when you sell the tire. I will Never again deal with this company

Halfway through our 3 Week Rd. trip we stopped in Canton to visit family. Coming down the hills of Pennsylvania are minivan, shutter, terribly as I apply the brakes. I could see the looks of terror on my children’s faces, and knew something was not right with our vehicle. By the time we reached a Canton, I knew something had to be done, but did not know where to turn. My brother recommended Belle Tire. I met with Eric, who is incredibly helpful. He was kind and empathetic. He understood my predicament being so far from home and having a little options . Our vehicle needed brakes, rotors and new tires. Eric worked with me to find a solution that fit our budget and get the vehicle fixed that same day. I went from being worried for my family safety to being worried of taking advantage of by mechanic shop to ultimately Feeling cared for and understood. I greatly appreciate Eric and the entire team at Belle tire. Great customer service and integrity.

Rather surprising they needed to keep my car overnight to repair a tire with a nail in it. When they finally got around to look at it, said I needed a new tire, which then had to be ordered. Could have saved theirs and my time by taking 10 minutes to look at the tire when I first brought it in.

Eric is a legend!! He was able to squeeze me in last second to fix a flat tire I got thanks to Michigan's wonderful potholes. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend this place. Thanks again Eric!

I got my front 2 tires replaced from them. The front wheel lugs broke off because they tightened them to much. Took it in to get them fixed they made me pay for it. A couple week later one of thel lugs broke off again. They had to replace it. Now I'm having more problems after bringing my car in there. Do not take your car here period.
