We picked up our first prescription, only to have a second one mailed a few days later without our permission. I called to ask why it was ever mailed, and to take us off of mailing because we never asked for that. A week later another 2 came in the mail (like really?!!) and insurance was billed 4 times when we only ordered one. We've since moved, so who knows how many times they've attempted more insurance fraud, but our insurance knows they are scammers and so should you!

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars they would absolutely get that rating!!! I am reporting this location to the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs! I was turned away and refused to be given my prescription due to them not accepting my license. I recently went to get an enhanced license and was given a paper temporary along with them puncturing my actual license they denied giving me my prescription.

A neighborhood independent pharmacy is truly such an important part of a community. We are so lucky that Canton Pharmacy continues to offer an alternative to big box chain pharmacies. The level of service and care that they take with their patients is unparalleled. If you have ever been in a position where you are unable to get a necessary but hard-to-find medication or are struggling with preauthorizations, you want the folks at Canton Pharmacy on your team. Navigating the health system can be incredibly stressful. I am so thankful for the peace of mind I get from working with such a compassionate, knowledgeable staff.

I've been using this pharmacy for months now and am very happy with them. When the big chain pharmacies failed me with constantly having a medication of mine out of stock, this pharmacy helped me out and I'm so very grateful. Having chronic health issues, I need my medication to improve my quality of life. Now I don't have to feel anxious every month and wonder if my medication will be out of stock or not. I had all of my medications transferred here and I've been so happy with them. Thank you Canton Pharmacy for being there.

Absolutely appalled. When people need medication that’s necessary for them to survive (or even for their quality of life), there needs to be a plan in place for them to get this medication in the event the pharmacy is closed (which has been for multiple days now due to the loss of power).I wanted to transfer my medication to another pharmacy temporarily, but couldn’t even do that because the phone number wasn’t working, and an alternate one was not provided. This could have all simply been avoided if there was an alternate phone number or email address given to customers simply through a website. Very disappointed, and will be transferring my medication to a chain pharmacy. Sad because this pharmacy is right around the corner from my house, but I cannot be left without my medication for multiple days.

Filling the prescription was easy and fast. Shipping was free; however, it was sent by USPS for a new patient. I work at a compounding pharmacy and would have just filled the prescription through the company I work for, however we needed to order ingredients and it would have delayed the start of the medication. The medication came in a Target brand sandwich bag (I have them in my cupboard), very unprofessional. There was not a device for dispensing the medication included. You can see that labels were on the jars and then ripped off and new ones placed on. The labels didn’t have tape over them, the writing was worn off and each jar had a different label that didn’t match one another. They were all crinkled. One bottle looked like a stock bottle with an address label over the top and side and unreadable handwritten scribbles all over it. I was in shock when it arrived. As a CPhT I would NEVER dispense anything like this, it was a disgrace, very unprofessional. I will see if I can block out the information so I can post visuals.

I called today regarding a medication that's back ordered everywhere. The man who answered was so unprofessional it was actually shocking. I asked if they had it, he asked what it's for, didn't think I needed to tell him that but I did. He rwplied "no we don't have that" in the rudest tone and hung up on me before I could say thanks and good bye. Literally hung up. So I called him back and let him know how unprofessional that actually was. I don't recommend this place at all if that's how a pharmacist talks to people.If you don't agree with a medication, that's your opinion so maybe keep it to yourself.

This pharmacy and the pharmacist is THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! I've had a couple of prescriptions that were complicated and I was having problems with my insurance company for coverage, and this pharmacist worked with me and the insurance company and literally has worked out miracles for me!!!! How he does it, I don't know....but this pharmacist is the nicest, most helpful, most reassuring, most professional pharmacist that I have ever met. He should get TEN STARS, if possible. I highly recommend Canton Pharmacy!!!!!

Always helpful either in person or on the phone. There is an option for delivery of your prescription so that's helpful if I can't leave the house. If there's a product out of stock that you want they'll order it for you, so there's lots of personal touches. I love supporting local small business rather than a chain pharmacy!

if you're looking for professionalism, execution and respect- do not enter this establishment. The male employee, assuming he is the pharamacist on duty is rude, condescending and all around disrespectful humans. disgusting
