When told by my insurance company NO the fee he was asking was to high and that they'd be going to a different company, Joe proceeded to still load my vehicle and said it would not be returned to me until the company paid him. Claimed also that the canton PD was going to impound it but they have 0 records of that.......(car hadn't even been sitting long enough for that to be an option) after 3 hours he finally returned my vehicle. But didnt feel the need to communicate he finally decided to do the right thing. Only to claim it wasn't personal..... yet he kept my car for hours threatened to take it back to his lot and charge storage fees. All this was an attempt at money because of what? Does he hate USAA? I don't know I do not care this is far from acceptable. Far from professional.
I am the owner of the car and I told you not to touch it. Algaro told you not too. You've had nothing but lies. After holding my car "to help" but you weren't asked and ANOTHER TOW WAS ON THE WAY and you caused unnecessary stress.
Lack of communication on where you had MY car for 3 hours.
And yes I recorded too the car has cameras....... the first thing that started off wrong with your driver was when I asked my plates not be on fb. Like all the other cars.... but yall don't do that. I'm not Ill informed you're trying to save your 5 stars hence why you bully every 1 star.
Maybe dont hold peoples property hostage if it was just the other company my car would have been in my yard before midnight not at 2:40am.

Best towing experience I've ever had. Much better than calling roadside. Came within 20 minutes, was very knowledgeable and personable. I was able to pay with a tap method using my credit card & instantly received my receipt via text message. So I'm assuming you could also pay with ApplePay or GPay. Altho I'm in Washtenaw county, I'll be using Canton Towing & Recovery anytime I need it. Made the most stressful of situations feel like a breeze.

so I have quite a story my boyfriend and I drove from Ohio to Michigan to get me my first big bike and he was going to ride it home three hours well 20 minutes into the ride the wind was picking up and we could not make it so we had to find a tow truck to take my bike back to Ohio a 3 Hour Dr mind you. we called multiple towing companies no one would do it. we called Joe he said be there in an hour to pick it up. Got it home to me safe and sound kept me updated through out the way. VERY reasonable pricing for a three hour tow. Very very nice guys helped me bring it into my house. would highly recommend him to anybody in the Michigan area!!!!!

I had just left the Metro Airport for my 1 hour drive home when my fuel pump died. It was 6pm and getting cold out. Joe arrived in 20 minutes and we were quickly on the road. I had a great conversation with him and was home before I knew it. Don't bother calling anybody else with false promises that "They'll be there in an hour". This is the company you want. Thanks Joe !

You guessed right. The 5 stars are there for a reason. If you break down or your car won’t start.Call these guys, for real. They treated me like family and I will always be grateful and appreciative for everything they did for me and do for the community. I’ve gotten two tows in the last month and both times, they were both friendly and respectful. Took care of me both times. Thanks Joe!

I woke up this morning with my brake lines blown. I needed a tow. Joe was the only person who answered the phone. I wish he was my first call.
