“I needed a vehicle immediately and I contacted them and was glad to hear that they had two vehicles available. The young lady that assisted me was helpful and informed me that of the three day rental requirement. The documentation was quickly completed and I was on my way.
So that things are clear, the title speaks volumes regarding the vehicles. My rental did run, heat was functional however the vehicle was a wreak. Vibration was felt from one of the tires on the right side (panel light illuminated r/t repair indicated), seats were filled with crumbs and covered with plastic, interior was stained (one spot may have been blood), and the front exterior showed that an obvious collision had taken place. The scent of smoke could be smelled and the two hanging tree air fresheners were unable to totally disguise the odor. A three (3) day minimal rental was required otherwise I would have returned it sooner. I would still say that the service was great but the car was a Wreak.”

I had a fantastic experience at the Hertz in Canton thanks to Lanise. She was running the entire location by herself—cleaning the cars, retrieving them, and handling all the check-ins and paperwork—and somehow still managed to stay calm, friendly, and professional throughout.

You could tell she takes pride in her work and truly cares about the customer experience. Even while juggling everything solo, she stayed pleasant and helpful the entire time. That kind of work ethic and attitude is rare.

Hertz, please recognize this woman. Lanise is doing the work of multiple people and still going above and beyond. She absolutely deserves a raise and support.”
