I had a wonderful shopping experience here. The store has a great selection of toddler clothing, and I love that both brands share the same cash register, making checkout seamless.
The highlight of my visit was the exceptional customer service. I was looking for toddler pants, and a staff member went above and beyond—helping me find the right size and even checking the back for additional options on sale. It was such a kind gesture, and I truly appreciated the effort.
Her attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made my shopping experience exceptional. Thank you, Lisa (I hope I got your name right), for being so helpful! These 5 stars are for your kindness. Your effort didn’t go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate it.
The store is well-organized, making it easy to browse through the adorable outfits. They also have frequent sales and discounts, which is always a plus for parents looking for quality clothes at a good price.
Parking is usually not an issue, even though it’s a shared lot. Overall, a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back for more shopping!

The clothing selection is pretty good for both boys & girls. The reason for the 2 is primarily the staff. I was not greeted upon entering and just looked at while the lady behind the counter continued to text on the phone or whatever she was doing. That same lady eventually rung me up when it was time for me to cash out and leave.
The only time I was spoken to was when I was told the store was closing in 10 minutes by another lady that was there pretending to be of use to the customers that were shopping.

I ordered online and picked up my order on 11/30. My daughter has worn the set 1 time and it has been washed once. After drying, the clothes were full of the peel! As if these were 3 years old! I wanted to exchange the items for others, I did not ask for a refund. The store manager didn't care at all, she repeated like a robot "worn items can't be taken back". Yeah well, never again Carters then. The clothes everywhere else are better quality than the clothes from Carters. In the picture you can see on the right how new material has turned off and on the left how it looks after 1 wear. Terrible customer service!!!

One of the employees was extremely mean and in my opinion she should not be dealing with customers in any way and needs to be rehabilitated and educated. As for the other one, who was older, she was respectful and polite.

I went in to exchange clothing items that my grandparents bought for my son that were too big for him. They took 50% off the actual prices then they took an additional 50% off that price, so instead of giving in store credit for what the clothes were actually worth they marked it down to the clearance sale prices. It was over $100 worth of clothes and they gave us $28 of in store credit.

I always pay attention to the service and in this store it is good. The girls are very friendly and are always willing to help. It is a relatively small store compared to the outlet but you find many things.I recommend it!

followed around the store while looking at items that were literally on sale (the whole store had a Black Friday sale). at first I though the employee that was obviously racially profiling us was doing online orders but as I moved, she moved. left without purchasing anything. she probably thought she “won” by deterring me but I refuse to spend my money at establishments that think somebody needs to be followed around while looking at $6 kids leggings - be forreal!

Very rude staff member working the evening of 4/11/23. Instead of greeting us when we walked through the door at 7:35 pm, she rudely told us that they close in less than 30 mins, however, the the person that walked in right behind us was greeted by other “welcome to Carter’s”. Wondering why we didn’t get that same greeting.
