I never thought I would say this but this branch is the worst by far. I’ve been a customer with Citizens for over 20 years and new to the Canton area I decided to go to this location. Worst mistake of my life. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it. I couldn’t remember her name but she is white older lady with a bad hair die coloring. Driving an old white truck. Please for your banking needs try a different location this area is not kind and respectful of different race. I would not recommend this branch/ location to anyone. This location needs serious training in diverse customer service! SMH

Very poor customer service online - they change dates of their promotions for a new account bonus and the hold times are crazy. Minimum 15 min every time you call. I do not recommend this bank at all.

I've been banking at this location for almost 20 years. Staff they had previously would greet you by name when you walked through the doors. Very friendly and yet very professional. Today? I went to the drive-thru to cash a check. Teller received the tube then said it would be a minute. I waited, waited, waited until I finally called the branch as I waited even longer. I asked to speak with the branch manager, Ryan. He suggested I should have used the ATM to deposit the check - then could get cash, rather than listen to my complaint that the drive-thru was being ignored/only being serviced after those that walked in. I told Ryan that I used to enjoy the personal service received at this branch (prior to Ryan). Ryan proceeded to tell me how his branch has received awards for customer service. BUT now yes, at this branch, I have decided I don't like people (people that don't want to do a good job) and would prefer dealing with machines. Thanks, Ryan. You'll be putting yourself and your staff out of jobs. We don't need you -- we've got the machines.

It's weird because the staff is super friendly but unfortunately I can't say the same about a manager Ryan Moore. Just witnessed deny waiving a small fee even though the teller waived the exact same fee for another customer 2 seconds earlier, then when questioned why the different treatment for the same scenario, he acted like a Karen and walked away... Hopefully they can get him the coaching he needs to treat people better and use his discretion to help.

I love especially clinic it is really nice to have one right around the corner from my home doctors are very intelligent Dr. Kay is very sincere in caring about her patients she makes me an all my foster children feel comfortable she’s always help me and reaching out for us only thing is they’re very understaffed You would not know it by the amount of consideration and greatness that this facility has but they’re understaff at the end of day would be it I do believe that the state should give them more help and more funding because it’s a great place and all of the staff is well needed they do such a great job with everyone this is a place you would love to visit you would never know that they need anything because they are so willing to help

you know atms?.... they dont..... they didnt have one working last time i was there...important? not if you dont use money..... also they believe that have way to many branches and that is why they are closing the ypsilanti branch...BANK OF AMERICA is looking mighty fine... Those fools with their branches everywhere.... stupid.

Amazing and very helpful people, but Citizens Bank themselves has been really hard to deal with; especially when you only use your account to pay bills. Expect many overdrafts, even when your account online and on the app shows you have a positive balance. The automated phone system to transfer funds has also stopped working over the weekend, and overall has just been a headache.
