Well have not been to this Walmart in a bit usually go to Livonia (wonderland) Thought this would be a nice change from the chaos at Livonia dam what happened to this store was like a bomb exploded in the fashion department everything everywhere looking for a black shirt and there was just stuff everywhere no rhyme or reason just everywhere couldn't find something if you had to !!! Was just to much overwhelming so off to get some soda and was almost run over by 2 very rude employees wheeling something from backroom no excuse me or sorry guess they were to busy talking to each other to notice a guest on the floor with them???? so now we have a complete disaster in fashions and very rude employees in grocery what a winning combination to make me realize I really don't need to shop at Walmart just as bad if not more so than the other Walmart's kinda sad Walmart used to be an ok store won't be back for long while maybe they will get it together by then

I went in to this store about a week ago. No more cashiers and I scanned my own groceries. The scanner scanned items to many times probably my fault but I over paid by $25.00 or maybe a little less. I tried to call the store as I know I left but wanted to let them atleast know. I was so upset the registeres for checking out were jammed together with long lines. I will never set foot in that store again. Trash all over the parking lot. People were not buy big orders so let's see how long this last.

All the Walmarts in the Metro Detroit area are filthy and disgusting it's a reflection of not only the employees but the community it surrounds not necessarily the company, I have been to text this to grants pass Oregon to Arkansas to many many Southern States and well it's all about community and employees and the people here in the Metro Detroit area don't care about their community or they wouldn't litter and the employees and the customers come from the same community. The Metro Detroit area you get the attitude if they don't get paid enough it's not my job, down south they're grateful to have a job and they help you find everything you need the parking lot is clean because the community and the employees both have respect for each other.

Extremely rude employees. Poorly trained on how to relate to customers & uphold pricing policies. I encountered a disrespectful checkout young lady who argued with me about their price matching policies, refused to get a manager when I asked her kindly for one, and finally gave me what I was due when she realized that I wasn't a moron. Everyone I spoke to up to management despite their advanced age, also very defensive & poor customer service. Thank you to all of them, because now I've decided I'm shopping at Target from now on; it's not worth the saved pennies to go to Walmart and be treated like crap by crappy people!

This store was under construction so the shelfs were disorganized. The staff themselves weren't sure where the items are. No regular registers and they only had self check out. The check out lines were too crowded and took very long time.

So. Thought I would give this place another chance. Almost no selection in the deli. All self check out. Which sucks if you have a lot of stuff. 12 associates working the self checkout. All standing around with their thumbs up their a*** Better to have 12 open checkout lanes. Wal-mart you got it all wrong. I will never shop here again.

If I could give a zero, I would. Rude staff, no one was enforcing their own rule about wearing masks, and unbelievably low amount of stock in ALL AISLES, pokey pokey pokey check out staff( when you could find one open)- how can this place stay open??? Friday night at 7:30 pm, and they're locking down half the exits, with a full store. I have been to some pretty bad Walmart's, but this one takes the cake. Bottom line, spend the extra money at a local mom and pop-IF you can find them anymore- and avoid this place like the plague. Bad for even a Walmart!!

Came here for Apple AirPods waiting for 15 minutes while multiple employees tried different keys to open the locked case and not a single employee could open it. They said the manager has the correct key and she's on lunch. Well I left and got the Apple AirPods for Target much faster and will do my shopping there from now on.

"Oh we can't check the back for more, it's inventory day." Hmm, let me check out another business that wants me to spend my money. Ciao.

Meat department manager should be fired! If I can see that this meat is rotten, i'm sure employees can too!

If I could give them less than one star I would. The "associate" did not attempt to help me with my question. Walmart is a waste of time. Why bother wasting your time. You are guaranteed to be ignore or treated very rudely. Find a Target or Meijer!

Id give this place ZERO stars if it were an option. Went to this store to pick up a package I bought online Stood at the pick up desk for about 5 minutes with all kinds of employees around & no one ever addressed me. Asked a woman named Allison if someone could help me, she looked me right in the eyes & turned around and walked away. Waited a few more minutes & asked another employee at the service desk for help. She paged someone, employee came over asking did I need help with photos. Um, No? I'm waiting to pick up my package that I ordered online. She says "Not my department " and turned around and left. Once again I asked for help @ the service desk a woman I believe may have been in charge finally paged the correct person & I was able to get my package, super unprofessional. Needless to say I will NEVER be shopping at Walmart again.

I like coming to Walmart because most of anything and everything you may need or want is here at this store. The only downside to shopping here is not having enough cashiers, lines are way too long. They have probably about 15 cashier lines but only 3 cashiers working and the self checkout seems be packed as well. I've seen more workers on the floor than the cashiers aisles.

So it's Saturday 6/16 1:16 and this place is packed, however let's open 3 registers to ring out the customers. This place is a joke. Standing in line for over 30 minutes to ring up my items. Only reason I stayed is because I have a damn gift card from here. Never coming back here again. If i ever get another gift card for this place i will politely decline it.

The Walmart at 39500 Ford Road is usually well stocked. It is very busy during the day. It can also be very busy in the evenings. The grocery portion of the store is kept well stocked but sometimes there is so much business there that there are not many choices in brands. That's only sometimes. Whatever they have is of good quality. I like their delicatessen. They have fresh food and it is reasonably priced. Whether you are looking for a cold lunch or a hot dinner they are a great place to go. Their bakery is very good also. Reasonable prices and great work. We had a slight difficulty one time and the baker took care of it right away. The parking can be very dense. I often have to park away from the building. It's a lucky day to get something close up. There is a light at the corner of Lotz Road and Ford Road and another at the middle of the parking lot but it still can be difficult to get into the lot. Once in there is an intersection near the building without a stop sign for any of the four directions so use caution. Their toy section is well stocked and they have great plants and things in the garden section.
