As a business owner for over 50 years I appreciate people who are like me when it comes to perfection. Being correct in all things is the seed to success. Good job people! 5 stars to the Westland branch for having a working coinstar machine. Thank you to South Canton location for calling and verifying before I drove there since there's was down. The North Canton & Plymouth machines were out of service as well.

The ladies at the Canton Branch are downright AWSOME. Periodically I stop in just to say hello, crack a few jokes and to check on personnel. As a retired federal agent, I sometimes worry about their safety especially during this time in society.Of course there are other branches closer to my residence but I love ❤️ the Canton Brach. Only recently started using this credit union and so far have been extremely happy. Jill has been very helpful with both my loans and would recommend anyone to joining this credit union. They have the ability to make your debit /credit cards in house. Thats a first for me.

This location is HORRIBLE. Consistently have to wait 15min or more in line at the drive through and then have to wait an eternity just to get a receipt once it’s my turn In line. Can’t wait to not have to deal with this anymore after I sell my house.

Today I arrived at 12:50 P.M. It took 12 minutes for the car ahead of me to receive service and then once it was my turn, the employees just stared at me while ignoring me through the window for 5 minutes not saying anything. After receiving no communication I just drove away. I am a 10+ year loyal member and will be now cancelling my account here.

I have been going to this branch for a while now, and there is a particular woman who continues to be very unprofessional with me. All other associates are awesome, but her…. she has a very condescending attitude and I am over her attitude and her disrespectful nature. Do better! you do know you are working with the public!

They didn't give me money or a new debit card because my License was expired/voided. But still clearly my name and face. They said it was there policy which I comprehend but when I went to other branches they were quick to help and said it's not that big of a deal. Only a one star because other branches helped without hesitation. They comprehended it was me and I needed money for the day. I understand policies are important but helping people is different especially since it's my money.

Higher management needs to change their rules about questioning their customers "what is the withdrawal for?". I understand amounts close, or over 10k because of the laws but its not your business to know why I am withdrawing 2k from my own money. If you want me to keep my funds with you (so you can play with it) stop asking this kind of questions.
