Crossroads Village is a convenient shopping center with a small town feel. It features anchor stores like Target, Old Navy, and Kohl's, plus many smaller stores, an Arby's, and a tasty restaurant. The area also offers a nice beach and a fabulous drive through the tunnel of trees. Reviews note excellent customer service at many businesses, including exceptional and professional service at America's Best. However, some service experiences at food establishments were poor, with staff described as inattentive and forgetful with orders, leading to dry food and dissatisfaction.
