I had a prescription transferred over from another pharmacy. When it was past due to be filled, this CVS said they didn't have record of it. I was then told to locate the phone number for the original pharmacy, and call CVS back with the number. I told them I would just Google it, the same they could. The employee said they would do that, and i would have to call back with the number.
I called the original pharmacy, who confirmed it was transferred. When I went to CVS in person to get more answers, the employee closed the window on me before i could say anything, and said they were all going to lunch.
I've had better service at Dick's Last Resort. I still don't have my medication.

Huge shout out of appreciation to the pharmacist and staff at CVS Cherry Hill in Canton yesterday. Working with myself, my doctors, CVS was able to get me the RSV vaccine I needed and worked with both my insurances to find the best out of pocket rate for me. This is a busy location, and the staff here go out of their way to keep myself and my family safe and healthy. Thank you!

Broad selection of items, but some over the counter medical products are decently marked up compared to other local stores.

The details of customer service friendly of course 5 stars
The company store of products is a yes for me because I was able to budget so money friendly
The last of details is basically how the pharmacy had all products I needed and how less compacted the customers were at this location; I know things will still be there for me!

The phone tree system is horrible. It is very difficult to get thru to someone in the pharmacy. I have also experienced no one addressing me as I stood waiting for service, and that was on a day when I counted at least ten people working in the pharmacy. I only fill my prescriptions here because my insurance company has a three-month refill arrangment that is affordable.

CVS on Cherry Hill has a nice clean store with a wide variety of products. It is a great place to find some of the hard to find supplements.

Oh my god I had the worst experience ever today. I went there today because I didn’t wanted to use self checkout and wanted the cashier to ring me she was literally on her phone and then I told the guy to ring me and he went to her she said no and then was like Ohhh I will assist you for self-checkout …. Like ok I know that but I literally asked you to ring me there is a reason I said that I had a money card.. She was on her phone! And when I tried to talk to her she didn’t responded like are you for real. She is a lady with scarf on her head! Worst customer service!!!!!!!! I would rate 0 stars if I could

I visited the CVS Minute Clinic in Canton today and I met the NP Sarah Otten, I would like to say she went beyond her job and showed me care beyond expectations, she took care of me and helped me get extra vaccinations to prepare me for my personal goals, she was very considerate and answered all my questions with her great vibes!
