Perfect example of why brick and mortar stores are going out of business... walked in on a Sunday afternoon to get my son soccer cleats, a bunch of "young adults" working but really just wandering around uninterested in helping. It's the start of soccer season, you would think some type of display would be up, nope, a tiny section with youth, men and womens cleats all mashed together. He found a pair he likes, another 20 minutes for the employee to "find" them, only to find the one in my hand is the only one the have and they have been discontinued...so why the F is still sitting on the shelf?? He then proceeds to tell me to go to SoccerWorld down the road. I'll go, back home and order some online... ridiculous

Wow! This is the fastest most helpful experience ever!! I love the new footwear department! The footwear employee helped me run in and run out!! She was wonderful. Although if the same girl checked myself out it would have been a 5 star……

Such amazing customer service. Chase helped me out for a golf purchase. Was quick, took care of me, matched pricing with website. Awesome. Got the 3 wood I’ve been hunting for. Would recommend. Thank you!!!

*BUYERS BEWARE* without a receipt they will not do a return without robbing you. Recieved a gift, without receipt, and $40 shorts only returns $3. Definitely will not buy any gifts from here.

Store was super clean and well stocked. Staff was helpful checking prices and making sure we found the right items for what we needed, and was super friendly and kind to my kid. They had some good deals too! It's been a long time since I've been in this store and I'll definitely be back!

Had to cancel my order after they sold out of my item even though the website said they had 2 in stock. I contacted 2 different employees in the website chat and neither one could help me. Finally was able to cancel my order, even if I had to do it myself.

The worse customer service I've seen, multiple items placed under the wrong signs which I understand. The manager continued to be rude instead of understanding the conerns. Sad.

This store will never again ever get any money from me! Asked a young man for help and he just pointed me to a spot and basically said good luck with that!

Absolutely worthless help. Asked for a fitting room to be opened and the employee said he would meet me by the fitting rooms in a minute and he never showed up.
