This place is over priced the atmosphere is okay. The cashier was rude and gave me shit about using a coupon that my sister gave to me. Didn't even bother to ask me if I wanted a bag for my stuff. I only went here because I had a coupon. So yeah don't shop here. Also some of their products don't even have prices on them. It's really stupid.

My family and I shop here a lot but today I just had a horrible experience — I came to exchange a pair of shoes for my mom that she had bought — I go in and my cashier is “Annette” and I tell her but the response and tone was just so rude— I was hoping she’d help me find the shoes but I was told to just find them on my own .. and then when I came back she was like telling me to get in line or something when previously she said to just quickly come by the register for my exchange. Idk. Bad day for her maybe? But otherwise this is a good place.. I just hope a low rating shows them to fix the problem. Problem= communication and care for your clients.

The Manager at this DSW Canton does not have any work ethics and does not know how to talk to customers. The Cashier was very respectful and courteous and clarified the question we asked. The Manager walked away with so much anger. Will not shop at this store again. The Manager should learn from the Cashier in regards to how to treat customers respectfully and not to treat customers as if their stupid when the customer has a question. We are grateful to the cashier for being patient with us and we hope that the cashier that helped us gets promoted to be Manager.

Ordered online, called to f/u on my order 5 days later when I noticed no movement on the shipping. The customer service Indian rep was rude. After the order came in I went to pick it up and the service rep at the desk was snappy and rude. My boots came in a raggedy box with no lid, so I asked for a bag the rep said we're going bag less so I said well there's no lid so!!! She then said ok I can give you a bag but next time you come bring your own. WHO ARE YOU TALKING TOO! IT WON'T BE A NEXT TIME! THIS IS MY MONEY AND I CAN CHOOSE TO SPEND IT WHERE I WANT TO! The way the boots were presented to me .. did they come from somebody's closet! I don't shop there often and now never!
