FedEx location in Office Max on Ford Rd and Morton Taylor in Canton was very convenient. But, some of the staff is not very pleasant. I was the only customer in the store and there were 5 employees including the manager standing around as I walked up to the register. I had to go ask someone to check me out. And they all looked at me like I was bothering them.

They kept trying to deliver to my house while I was at work! Then I was told I could drive to their delivery warehouse to pick up my item. It wasn't there and I had to come back there again the following day. They need a better system to serve their customers properly.

It was bad enough to leave a review. I read the Google reviews after having put in the request to hold a package at this Walgreens location. My first thought was "How hard can it be to hold a normal sized package?" Then I tried picking up my package, which revealed why there were poor reviews. After a lackadaisical search for my package, they said it wasn't there. I pulled up the tracking info, confirmed I was at the correct Walgreens, showed it was delivered to that Walgreens, and showed it was at the "Ready for pickup" status. The store manager hastily concluded that it meant that it wasn't delivered to the location and I needed to call Fedex to rectify the situation. As I was preparing to leave, she finally found my package sitting at the bottom of a shelf (thankfully before ensuing on a wild goose chase). I learned it would be better to entrust my packages with a standalone FedEx site rather than this one in this Walgreens.

Don't waste your time as others have mentioned. They told me they don't have room to ship any more boxes. They must only have room for like 4 boxes back there. Lol
