“I met Nick years before I hired him. I am a real estate agent and what struck me about Nick and his firm is the strategies he has for his clients are not always self serving in the SHORT TERM. However, Peak is interested in helping their clients become wealthy. They do this by recommending their clients have $1M in paid for real estate as part of their overall financial plan. Tell me another financial advisor that recommends this.....it is few and far between. Why is this so rare, because they don't make commission on you buying real estate. They only make money when you buy products they recommend within the portfolio they control. This is why I know that Nick, Jim and Preston have their clients best in mind when putting together a financial plan.
