Took our Ford F150 into this location multiple times in the past few weeks. Charging system service now light kept coming on. We were told our alternator was bad and needed to be replaced. Had the alternator replaced and light continued to come on. Took back in and the technician said the alternator wasn’t faulty and could be the PCM - but nothing to worry about - still safe to drive and was more of an inconvenience than anything else. Took the truck home, tried to start it and it completely locked up. Had it towed to the dealership and now found out the wrong alternator was installed, drained the battery, etc. Still waiting to hear back from the Manager or Area Manager on how this will be addressed as our vehicle sits at the dealership. OEM alternator was not offered or installed. This has turned into a huge mess.

IT TOOK A WHILE TO GET MY TIRES IN. SOME SEEMED TO BE LACK OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE SHOP AND SUPPLIER. THE COMMUNICATION TO ME WAS GREAT! I AM DISAPPOINTED THAT THE NEW TIRES WEREN'T FORWARDED TO CARFAX, EVEN THOUGH I SEPECIFICALLY ASKED ABOUT IT. NOW I STILL GET THE ANNOYING MONTHLY "SERVICE DUE" EMAIL.

I didnt care for the practice if itemizing the work after receiving the car back. For example, I had a water pump changed. No one mention or was was it in writing that I would be charged 100.00 for a coolant flush. I didn’t authorize that work nor was I told that this would be done. So not given an opportunity to decline the work. Which by the way I had already done myself in October. Very poor practice and I’ll be thinking twice before taking my car back to Firestone. Disappointing to say the least.

I scheduled an appointment for alignment for 10am in advance. They took my car in work around noon. And slightly later they mentioned that couldn’t provide a service. Complete waste of time

Ladies avoid this place at all costs. They’re not trustworthy. The guy tried to pull one on me telling me my entire ball joint was “busted” in my almost new car and it would cost ~$420 to repair. I took it to my friend and he said the brake pad was in the wrong spot and it was a $40 repair. Last time they’ll see me.

I got an oil change at this shop. Five hours later, I leave home to drive across town and I get a phone call from my family member telling me there was a large puddle of oil on the ground where my car had been parked. At this point, I was already halfway down 696 going 70mph, just now finding out that the car had been LEAKING OIL the entire time after I left the shop. When I pulled over to check, a good sized puddle had formed on the ground within a few minutes. This negligence is very concerning, both to driver safety and the health of the vehicle. I WOULD NOT recommend coming here for any mechanical work.

Very expensive. Typically all shops deduct the diagnostic charge towards parts and labour. This shop did not. Had to pay $300 for headlight bulb replacement.

Horrible service. They did my front breaks. In a month, I found them rattling. Took it back, and they said my track bar on the front of my Ram was bad and needed replaced and replaced all 4 struts.
I went to get a second opinion and found they did not put any spacers.

My daughter took her car here they supposedly put in a new alternator and new battery. Still having trouble took to a diif mechanic and they took awhile try to figure problem as they were told what had already been done. They ended up haveing to replace alternator and to be nice they put in new battery. We said that was new they said no way those things were new. Smh what a rip off. Never go here unless you know alot about cars to know if you are being charged for work that isn't done.

3/30/24: Dave and his team got me in immediately, on Saturday, four an urgent fix. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience!!
