It's dirty, it's ungodly slow and just a terribly run establishment. Food is good, but way overpriced that aside, the service is so bad it makes it completely not worth it.

The staff is so nice, understanding and friendly. There was only a little wait for my food and offered me a free drink. That had made my day.

Food was super delicious as always and staff was friendly. Food came out really fast. Grabbed a milkshake which was super good and loved that I could customize with lots of options. Forgot to take pictures! Food was devoured!Wish there was a kids meal option with a smaller sized burger. The little ones are still too much food for my kid.

Manager saw my grandsons come in and gave them free milkshakes. They were delighted! Thank you! Good burgers and 1 large fry to feed 5 of us.

The manager at the 5 Guys in Canton, MI. Does not have a concept of how to take care of customers. I arrived 2 minutes before 11:00 am. He was coming out to his car and he make sure the door of the restaurant was closed so I could not get in. It was cold outside. I waited until Dan came back and open the door. When I told him that he needed to be more customer service oriented, he told his people that I had arrived 10 minutes earlier. On top of being a poor PR, he's a lier.

Burgers lack sufficient toppings, even though ordered and the buns were completely soggy. All 4 burgers ordered with lettuce had 2 tiny pieces each. This is the second time in as many weeks. This is ridiculous considering a $60+ bill. They have lost my family’s business going forward and I’ll surely express my concerns to anyone considering this establishment going forward.
