I just stopped in and saw Cheryl and Haley. They were both excellent very professional and super nice. Will absolutely recommend this bank. I've been a customer for a long time. They were the best so far. I will go out of my way to visit Canton Flagstar above all.

I had very good service when I went into the Canton, MI branch to open my new checking and savings account with Jasmine ThomasShe even had to put up with my two granddaughters ages 5 and 2. Thankvyou Jasmine.

You can’t do wire transfers without being there in person. Chase you can do it on their app. Any change whatsoever to my account I have to send in a notarized letter requesting the change with a copy of my ID as well. Managing my investment account from out of state has been impossible! I’m flying in from across the country just to close my account. Take your money to a national bank that has their banking updated to do basic tasks online. Even other banks give you a personalized access code outside your pin to do more complex transactions over the phone. Outrageous.

Absolute disgrace. Horrible customer service treated a loyal customer of 20 years with unmannerly service. The Branch Manager for Canton is a complete low-brow, discourteous, impertinent buffoon do not expect her to help or resolve any of your issues. Conversing with her will not only make you feel unwanted and unimportant but you can expect no issues to be resolved and any financial mistake made by her employees to be paid for by YOUR money.
