I would give this place a zero star rating based upon the attitude of the one black lady that works there. She is rude, arrogant, narrow minded and insensitive so if you’re looking to open up an account at a Flagstar bank, in my opinion, please try to avoid the one that’s at the corner of Canton Center and Michigan Avenue in Canton Michigan!!!

I went into Flagstar after having a poor experience with my credit union. I was greeted and taken right away to sit with a banking representative. Great customer service and I was made to feel valued.

It took more than an hour to open a new account, and was not even completely done during that amount of time. The mobile part was not set up, I was not able to access my account through my phone. I was told to call back to finish the process. The lady was very nice and apologetic about the whole thing but this was the longest time I had to spend in a bank my whole life.

This bank was taking money out of my husband's account with out his approval and knowledge. Avoid at all costs! When I wanted to be added on to the account and get a debit card attached to the account they managed to screw it up and I had to fight them tooth and nail. Really 3 times inhad to ask?! Avoid avoid avoid!!!!
