So I’ve been coming here for the last six years since we moved to michigan however this morning’s customer service experience left a sour taste in my mouth . I had to use the self checkout and it was a disaster afterwards I tried explaining it to the young woman who was there with the red hair her response was rude “ that’s nice have a nice day “ if this is how you all treat your customers then you need to step up the game

Generally its nice and goid deals offered at times. This time I only leave 3 stars due to advertized well prised strawberries were not in store at all. It maybe not controlled by this location itself, however if adds are sent out managment need to be better prepated.

Went there yesterday to purchase strawberries that were on sale.Was not happy with the person that claimed to be the manager. I informed her that all the strawberries were extremely moldy.She couldn't have cared less.Said there's more over there, which there wasn't. Not the least bit friendly.Did not offer to check to see if they had any.Onthe other hand , one of your other employees Lance has always been extremely helpful and friendly.After my experience yesterday,I'm not sure l want to shop in your store anymore.

I have 5 grocery stores within a 2 mile circle. I go to Fresh Thyme more than any other. Best fresh fruit and vegetables, good prices, and a health and wellness section that is far better than the rest. Periodic 25 to 30% discounts on all health and wellness products, plus they let you preshop the sale and reserve your purchases. Love this place and the people who work there.
