This location had Santa Cruz kids juices on sale for $3.77. I brought a few of them. Given that my children doesn't drink juice that often we don't go through them fast. When it was time to drink them I noticed they were expired. 4 months old to be exactly that they sold to me. I trusted this store so I didn't think to check expiration date, but from here on I will not trust anywhere and always check.

Very rude staff every time I'm in the store. At this point I'll probably just stop going to ANY fresh thyme. They also act like you're a criminal when buying a hemp derived CBD face mask. The laws in Michigan make it clear that doesn't even need an age check yet your staff make me feel like I'm trying to scam them about my age.They also only have self checkouts open and they're always having issues with them. They can't just pay people more money to work ?

First time hereChecked out the “fresh” produce section.Noticed a label under the main label.Decided to peak under it. The chicken was fresh from October and frozen until almost December. Not only that, they bumped the price up a few dollars too.Did the same thing to another product, and lo and behold. Left thereScummy

They have increased the prices so much and converted to self check out pretty much.It used to be my favorite store at one point.

Sorry, The store in Canton is the worse of the Fresh Thyme Markets. Have had problems with the meat department ignoring me because I had a question an rather help others. RUDE. Once I needed a handicap cart and asked the cashier. She said she could not an asked another girl and she said she had to get an order ready so could not. All one of them had to do was lift the corner of the cart for me which would of taken them a minute. Instead they lost my business that day with their games. One day I was there an needed a watermelon placed n a bag so I could get it in. I am a handicapped person an also a senior. The lady spoke to me very rudely an shoved the bag at me. Also, the veggies & fruit just do not seem very fresh so now shopping else where. Normally if you go to the manager he was a nice person but who wants to have to wait for a manager when the help does not want to be decent to the customers an I like more Organic and fresh produce so now shop else where.

I do not support self checkout business practice. This store seems to move their business model to 100% self checkout. When I have come here in the past, the employee assisting self checkout patrons would either open the cash register checkout lane or page an employee to assist. This time they would not. I left my one package on the registry belt and left. I will not support this business if this is the way they treat me as a customer or their own employees.

They close the regular registers early and then only the self-checkout is open. You can't get or use rain checks (and they always are running out of sale items)

The store is open from 7am to 10pm, but their meat and deli dept opens and closes when they want to. Had to make three trips to get homemade brats. Then they tried to overcharge me 50 cents a pound. The manager was no help. Brats are good. Customer service sucks.
