“Mackenzie and the other women that took care of us when we made funeral arrangements for my father, were all helpful and considerate.
We weren't rushed or pushed, but rather we were made to feel comfortable.
The sense of peace and understanding that Mackenzie was able to convey to us was very reassuring.
