Steve still continues to price items like they’re new for items that are donated. Really? Goodwill over all needs to reevaluate their Goal and purpose.

Never fails, everytime i donate a lot of stuff at this place, I always encounter very unprofessional, rude, grumpy people. Will never go back again.

I heard Goodwill is now going to ask for monetary donations from customers. Isn't paying for your own bag and being asked to round up enough? Not to mention the free donations they get. How can the customer be sure this money is really going to where Goodwill says. What are the programs they sponser and do they really work?

Very OVERPRICED, I am extremely appalled at the fact they charge so much for items they get for FREE! They are definitely making money off people and in return the people who need this store still can’t afford it.

First let me start off with HOW RUDE THE MANAGER IS (CINDY)..I purchased a couch yesterday 12-28-24 store employee put a SOLD STICKER ON IT and I came in the next day to pick up and it was Gone! Manager Cindy let me know that this was not the first time this has happened and when I asked what she was doing to prevent this from happening she got upset and than told me to call HR ,SHE THAN CALLED SOMEONE A GENTLEMAN COULD HEAR HIS VOICE I HOPE HE WAS NOT FROM HR BECAUSE HIS PROFESSIONAL WAS TERRIBLE.. THIS STORE AND HR SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR THE LACK OF PROFESSIONAL AND HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMER..IF ANY REVIEW YOU READ PLEASE TAKE THIS ONE SERIOUS.. CINDY should also remember that customer who shop at this location help provide her pay check and she act as a manager who cares about her customer!!

I hate that you had to put a one star when in reality they’re not even worth that! I put money down on a chair, went home to get my husband truck to pick the chair up same day and it was Gone! It was a sold sign put on before I left the store, so I don’t know why it was even sold. I asked to speak to the Manager which her name was Cindy, she was so RUDE. I couldn’t believe it! I asked for corporate number , I waited 33 minutes to get the number , Which was now 5:10 and
the office was now close. I will never shop this store again!

Not thrilled to shop for 40 minutes just to see that the fitting rooms are inexplicably closed? What a waste of time. The place is in a shambles. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

I donate good quality and clean new or like new items regularly to this store throughout the year. Yesterday I visited with a tote full of items wrapped in 2 1/2 gallon jumbo zipper bags. When I entered the building, I was greeted with "IN THE BIN!". I proceeded to load the bin at the door with my items and was approached by the clerk and then told "Mam, you are dumping!" The clerk explained that he wants all items donated to be in a garbage bag. (I merely needed my tote back to refill). So fine, I asked the clerk for a garbage bag and filled it will the items. When done, I was not offered a receipt nor a simple thank you. Very disappointed! I will no longer donate to this facility.

Very over prices. I found several dollar free items costing 2.99 used uch as candles, glassware, and Halloween decorations. The store was very well kept and the staff were very friendly. They had flip lips for .99 but mist items were priced at 3 dollars or higher. They are so overpriced that no wonder they have such a wide selection of items. I would consider looking around before coming to shop here.

I have shopped at Goodwills for 30 years, mostly Grand Rapids areas. I was at Ikea and decided to check this store out. It was very dirty, carpets shelving, windows etc... Dimly lit. No organization in housewares department and low inventory, and what was there was low quality. The clothing racks, had size markers, but I don't know why, sizes were all mixed in together. Come on Goodwill you can do better!!!

Asked an employee for help at the register because there was no cashier available. She said to "just wait". The store was very dirty and dimly lit. Waste of time coming here.

I found it hard to shop for clothes because they claim that the sizes are all separate but they are not. I could understand if a couple of sizes were mixed together. It didn’t matter if I was looking for dress pants or dress shirts the sizes were all mixed together. I found girls clothes and maternity mixed in with women’s clothing. I’m never going back there.

Messy. Items are lower/cheaper brands. Books are old and damaged. Not high quality! This Goodwill also does not do 50% on a tag color weekly.
