The lady who cut my hair while I was in Canton, did not understand, apparently, how I wanted my hair cut. I wanted it trimmed and left full. She immediately started cutting with short clippers. She kept saying trust me. I was screwed from the start and my wife said what are you doing? Thankfully I am home and hopefully my hair will grow out, it has already been 5 weeks since, and hopefully the butchering will be cleared up in another 5 weeks.

Had an online apt and was first in line and was skipped twice while waiting in the inside. Left without getting a haircut. Will never go back

I came here and asked for an inch off as I’ve been trying to grow my hair out and the lady took full creative freedom upon herself and now I’m stuck with horrible short chunky layers and bangs. I have been off and on crying for the past day. Do not come here.

Vivian did an excellent job cutting my hair! Everyone is friendly and personable at this location. I always check in on line and rarely have to wait when I arrive!

I just saw Chrissy (Krissy?) and she was great. I have psoriasis plaques on my scalp and randomly get hair loss from my lupus, which almost everyone that gives me haircuts comments on and makes me feel incredibly uncomfortable about as if I'm not aware of the very personal decades long struggle with my health. Chrissy was so professional, not only with making me feel comfortable but with greeting other guests and just being incredibly pleasant while giving me a great cut. Thank you!

We were half a mile down the road so i called to ask if it was a long wait. This was Dec 15th 2023 at 2:58pm. Instead of letting me know if they were busy, because i didn't want to wait long with my 3 year old, the woman who answered the phone proceeded to talk to me like I was stupid because I didn't just check in on the website. She spoke to me super slow and annunciated like I was an idiot. I didn't want to mess around with the website, i just wanted the simple answer of how busy they were because i was already close. If you don't have the patients to answer a simple question then you should not be working with the public.The great clips in the Meijer down the road answered the phone very nicely and we were there and taken care of right away.
