It's local but it's not good. There are several times that I've had to go into this facility to conduct a transaction. I try to stay away from it, but as I said it is local. I recently needed to go inside to have a transaction completed, and the teller was so disengaged. She typed with one hand while holding her head with the other that her rusteher elbow on the countertop. She hardly spoke a word and took a very long time to complete a simple transaction. On previous visits, I utilized the drive-through. All I can say is, Who trains these people. This transaction also took an extremely long period of time (I actually timed it at over 13 mins.) and the teller was speaking so softly, through her mask, I could hardly hear her at all as she sent the canister back to me! I told her I didn't hear her and asked her to speak up! She responded and I barely heard her but finally figured what she was attempting to say and drove away. The branch in downtown Plymouth is so much better and friendlier! No drive thru.

Shouldn't give one star but no choice. Very slow service. Time consuming system. I would prefer other bank.

Most horrible branch I have ever been to waited in the drive their for over an hour finally sent out the manager after everyone sat for more then 45 minites to say that the computers were slow but they had told an elderly couple in front of me that it was to to an employee having emergency, get you lies straight, and maybe have more then 2 lanes open since people can’t go in the lobby right now.

Not very courteous. The Tower of smirks at you like she's above somebody. I asked for a money bag and was told they only give them the businesses and acted like I was a nobody

Exorbitant fees! Brought a check written on a commercial account from this bank, and they wanted to charge me $10 to cash it because I do not have an account with them. Pointed out that that the check issuer is an account holder with them, but they insisted on this fee. Took back the check and went to another bank. This guarantees that I will never have an account with Huntington Bank!

Nice branch but lacks staff. Lines get super hectic and you may find yourself waiting 20-30 mins for something as simple as a deposit. Whether you go inside or drive up to the drive through the wait is always crazy. HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES PEOPLE!!

Been using Huntington at this location for about 2 years now. The staff are SUPER friendly, always helpful. The inside is clean, the outside is well-kept. Best bank I've ever used.

Every single time I walk into any Huntington Bank I see people happy to see me and quick to help! This branch on Ford Rd..Canton..(review for non-Meijer branch although their great too!) I have been particularly happy with...there is a sweet young blonde who is always happy to be there or deserves an Oscar for her performance! All associates there are just the best you can ever expect!

I use this location for my corporate shop and I almost never have any issues. I would highly recommend seeking help from anyone but Nasneen. She refused to give me change for my bank deposit despite that being standard procedure​ whenever I've gone there before. She was very rude, and she couldn't do basic math like 100-47 in her head. Other than her, this is a wonderful location that I've never had a problem with

Some really excellent folks working at this branch. Sadly, they always seem to be under staffed. If you're a fan of waiting long periods for service this would be the place for you. Sometimes, I feel sorry for the staff for, again, they're very nice people.

Mrs. Rhodeia was superior!! Well very educated on products and five star customer service! I was very uplifted after leaving with an business checking account. In which, sense like an mountain that I was unable to climb. Mrs. Rhodeia, made it all possible! She is far one of the best bankers I have had the honor of working with!!
