Furniture and household items are as expected. There are always useful items for the home, however, if you just want one, specific thing and don’t want to wind your way through the store, consider going directly to the warehouse.

We came in knowing what we were looking for but had no idea where to go. We ended up asking one worker for directions and they got us on the correct floor, but otherwise we're unhelpful. We went to a second group of employees who gave us very loose directions and even watched us leave the area and come back in confusion. We were never in the store before and they showed us to the showroom area to view the product instead of where to go to buy it. It was close to closing and we were in a rush to get our furniture and leave only to be met with disinterested employees. A little actual help next time would be nice.

This place is super crazy but in a good way. If you need to furnish a house or apartment, this is the pla e you want t to go. It takes a while to see almost everything.

Customer service at returns is terrible. Rude and do not care about customer needs. Like everywhere else items are on back order. I have to wait almost 3 weeks for a couch because of one piece missing.
after any months must later I went back today and had an issue with self checkout. The associate Mary had to rescan everything and was pretty rude about it. Of course we felt like she was saying we didn't scan something on purpose.

Large sized store allows for a large amount of choices for inexpensive furniture, kitchen wares, lamps and low priced pictures. I got a chair that fit my needs for under $100

Been waiting over a week for them to ship a part that my dresser was missing after they sent the wrong part. In total, ive had this dresser for 3 weeks and cant assemble. Customer service is no help. Label was made 3 days ago and never dropped off. Cant get ahold of the actual store and ill be pissed if i have to drive 2.5 hours each way to get the part!

Products themselves are fine, but when you try to call customer support, you get someone not at the store who barely speaks English. When you ask to be transferred to the in-store customer service, you're told they don't answer.
I just need to pick up extra screws and want to know they have them in stock before I make the drive out there. Do better IKEA.

Absolutely horrible. Going to the ikea store is a total nightmare. A huge maze of furniture. Poor service, gross food. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in any shopping facility ever. I will never by anything from ikea and and will never go back
