As a former employee, I can attest that this center is where you would want your children to be. Extremely friendly and supportive staff. Children are well taken care of by passionate educators. The administration is amazing, and they would work with you to meet your needs and be happy at Jade CDC. I am leaving this place with a heavy heart, just moving on to something that is more in my field. I highly recommend this center.

Very friendly staff. Jessica is super nice and seems to be very involved. They provide food and a consistent update of your child throughout each day. If you have any questions Jessica or a teacher will respond almost immediately, even on nights and weekends. My wife and I are really glad we chose Jade when deciding childcare!

Very friendly and involved staff. I don’t worry when my child is there. They also provide everything and constantly working with my schedule. My son is happy every time I drop him off and pick him up. 10/10

My oldest has been here for 3 years and my youngest 6 months. Jessica is amazing, she works with my ALWAYS changing schedule and Scarlett loves going to school!Reading through some of the reviews were very confusing. There is no smell, the place is always very clean. Ive never had an issue with the food, you can get a menu and see what all the children are eating and approve what you want. Jessica has always treated my daughter just like her own and I appreciate this place so much for their part in my girls first years. I will miss it here now that we are moving.

Our family had our two year old daughter taken care of by jade. We have had a very good experience, this facility has excellent protocols for safety in terms of covid-19. It has been a professional experience for us, as well as a good learning experience for our daughter. The administrators including Jessica have been very helpful and responsive. We appreciate jade, and will return there for future childcare needs.Thank you from the Chaudhry family

We had very bad experience at Jade CDC, we've tried it briefly few years ago and thought it was ok so I enrolled my son for spring break in the toddler class, which is really not a class it's just a space in the hallway, where they cramp 10-15 kids, and expect them to stay in that tiny space and not move around although there are no doors. The place reeks, it's actually nauseating, smells of mold and poop. Teachers were ok, although on our first day I taught one of the aids how to deal with my kids special needs (wearing hearing aids), and she told me she'll teach the other teachers, apparently she took off without teaching anyone. Also, the administration is not very professional, I asked them about vaccination rates in the middle of measles epidemic, the person responded as if I asked her top secret information. Vaccination rates are available for public schools, and they should be mandated for private establishments especially when they reek.

Just look at their reviews on thier Facebook page. The responses from Staff to the upset parents should be enough to consider your other options. I said as much in a review on the page and as a result was blocked from commenting, yet they left my comment visable for others to respond to. They do not seem to operate well with conflict resolution.

My child currently attends Jade and is enrolled in the toddler room. I’ve always loved that they’re very accommodating. Drops offs can be difficult even when your child is used to going to daycare and it’s nice that a teacher is always available to comfort her or offer an activity to do.I can’t say that I share the same experience as some of the other reviews in regards to food from home. My child eats breakfast every morning but she is in the routine of coming into the classroom and having a snack around 8am everyday. I bring in food from home for her to eat and I’ve never been told I could not.My child continues to attend Jade because I see when I pick her up at the end of the day that she’s happy. Her teachers keep me updated on how she’s doing and communicate even the smallest things so that I always know what’s going on in the classroom and with my daughter.
