I wish I could give it no star:My engine light came on and would be slow as I accelerated my vehicle. Mechanic near my home told me my 2016 Kia Soul was one of the 1.6 engine issues and to take it to Kia to have them see the issue because I needed a new engine. July 17th had my Kia dropped off because of the engine light and it not wanting to turn on. After a few weeks of them finally looking at the vehicle they stated I had no check engine light so there was no news for a diagnostic test just needed a new battery and replace oil filter because it was burning oil...WELL DUH YOU MUST'VE RECEIVED RHE NOTICED FROM KIA HQ TALKING ABOUT 2016 KIA SOULS 1.6 ENGINE ISSUE WITH EXCESSIVE OIL CONSUMPTION ( P1326 code just in case they'd like to say my car didn't have a reason for a diagnostics.). Well once I received my car back it worked okay but I felt like something was off. 2 months later checked the oil and practically empty. And around October 15th Check engine light is on and won't accelerate over 20 miles per hour and happened on my way to work on the expressway. Took my Kia to my mechanic and he did the test KIA should've done ana found the code and printed out all the work Kia didn't do. Now I'm without a car and once I get to another Kia service center I have to wait 6 weeks for them to look at and once they get the okay that I need a new engine I have to wait for a new engine and was told I'll be without a car for up to a year and have to find my own rental or vehicle for a year till they can fix my car. This could've all been dealt with in July if they actually believed their customers the first time.

I had a great experience with Kia of Canton. Everyone was super personable and not pushy like your stereotypical car salesman, which is why they got my business over other dealerships. They really want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your purchase and were so easy to work with. It has been less than a week, but so far, I’m super happy with my 2024 Kia Telluride! Ask for Stacy! She’s awesome!

Smooth and seamless experience here with Fadi. He talked me through all of my options and did not pressure me into anything unless I was completely happy with my purchase and options. He was so cool and down to earth but also very knowledgeable in vehicle features and was able to suggest exactly what I was looking for. He made the experience feel very easy and personalized. Can’t wait to enjoy my 2024 Kia Seltos SX ?

We purchased a Kia Telluride last month from Stacy. She was very nice and the deal is better than any other Kia dealer in the tri-county. They advertised sticker on the website and sold it exactly like advertised. What a concept?Stacy followed up with a text and a phone call and the rest of the sales staff were very pleasant and helpful (Fadi).

DI NOT GO HERE!!! I brought my car in on a Saturday because my battery was dying. I called first thing Monday to make sure they got all my information and answer any additional questions they may have. NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE! I had to call several times to get someone on the phone only to be transferred again and have my call go to voicemail. I left a voicemail and waited hours with no response. I tried calling back and no one would answer the phone. I left several voicemails and never got one call back. I had to call Kia customer care to see if they could get a hold of them and even they had difficulties getting them to answer the phone and that is just day one. For the rest of the week it was the same thing. I would call, no one would answer. I would leave voicemails, no call back. I would call again later, no answer ALL WEEK LONG!! I could keep going on about my TERRIBLE experience all day long but the message I want to get across is DO NOT GO HERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER, THEY DO NOT CALL YOU, THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, THEY DO NOT HAVE LOANER CARS, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU THE CUSTOMER. Go to a different location, this has been the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership ever.

My car was towed here because it was the nearest Kia dealership to where my car unfortunately left me stranded. I found the Service department especially difficult to deal with. The Service number listed on the dealer's website doesn't appear to ring directly to the Service department. They don't always answer the phone, and when they did, the service advisor I needed to speak to often wasn't available. When I left messages, they never returned my calls. In fact, they never called me once. Didn't call me to let me know details or status of the repair, or even to let me know when the car was done. In the end, the repair took about two weeks, including ordering a part. The repair seems to have been completed properly and was 100% covered by warranty. I just wish they communicated a little better. I also was never offered a loaner, and was not able to get any information about how to get one, which should have been provided for a two week warranty repair.

i loved my experience at kia of canton! the whole team there is amazing, but fadi is the best! he worked with me to find exactly what i wanted in my car, and communicated with me the whole time to make sure i was in the loop about what was happening during the buying experience. it was my first time buying a car and he made the whole ordeal painless and go by so smoothly!!! i was really nervous the whole time but he eased my nerves by being so friendly and professional! if you’re interested in getting a new car go see fadi!!! he’s the best! love kia of canton!!!!

My daughter drop my car off to get a oil change and for a recall on the brakes, the girl behind the service counter told her to sign this piece of paper. There was three prices on the paper. She told her sign there, which was the highest service maintenance plan my daughter did not pay no attention. They told me my car was ready. Would I want to a in cab filter I I. Said yes . Went to pick up my car they told me $474 I said for what . what do you mean? Yeah I showed her the paper and I said sign there and that’s what she signed. I was never so mad in my life. There was a guy in front of me. She did the same thing out of him there a big rip offs. They did not explain yourself better or get separate papers explaining what they’re doing I think I need a refund because I think I got ripped off I bought my car from there. My name is Bonnie Lazrovitch and they know how to contact me I would not recommend your service again.the manager needs to call me

Bought a new Kia telluride and overall it was a good experience. The only complaint I have is this scratch I found on the door. I took a picture of the scratch after I got home from the dealer. I now have 2000 miles and this is still the only mark. Maybe someone made the mark before I got it but if you see in my first picture how close the sales guy parked the cars then it appears very likely that he caused the scratch. While very minor (and I mean very) it’s still brand new and hurts a little bit. The sales man promised a paint pen and said he ordered it and received it but he never sent it to me. I waited 7 weeks to post this review since the sales man ghosted me and doesn’t respond to my texts.I’m still giving them 4 stars because everyone was friendly and the car was msrp which somehow is difficult to find in this area at the moment. Just an accident that got ignored.

My car buying process went amazing with Ricky. He was nice, answered all my questions and kept me in the loop on the details of what was going on with the car. The only thing I would suggest is that the service center would prioritize servicing and detailing the car for the car buyers a lot sooner. This of course was no fault of Ricky but did slow down my purchase of the car a lot.

I was so glad I chose Kia of Canton for my new vehicle. My sales representative Fadi was more than helpful and extremely thorough and attentive. He was very diligent to make sure I got what I wanted without being pushy. He was knowledgeable and understood the need. Overall a great experience considering the state of the new and used car market and how much of a hassle it can all be. Thank you Fadi!

I’ve been coming to these guys for routine vehicle maintenance ever since I moved to the west side back in 2019. I can honestly say that I have had nothing but positive experiences here. Everyone in the shop and at the service counter are so friendly and attentive every time I walk in. I always leave with the confidence in knowing that my vehicle was taken care of properly, and no short cuts were taken. I especially appreciate that they take the time to go over the inspection paperwork with me, and let me know if anything needs replacing/repairs.I can absolutely count on their honesty and integrity. Aside from the stellar service, the one thing I look forward to when I visit is the coffee that’s offered in the waiting area. It makes the wait worth while! As long as I’m still in the area, and I’m still a KIA owner, I will be happy to return.
