Despite having to drive on the hectic roads of Canton, this is my absolute favorite location to go to. It's worth the trip. This location has more to offer than other locations in the nearby area, including Novi. During the holidays, this place has classy decorations and a wide selection to choose from. Im addition to this, it's close to Michael's and Ikea, so even if you don't find what you're looking for in Kirklands, you can always just walk to one of the other stores.

The person “helping” me didn’t appreciate me changing a picture we took off the rack because the back was torn. She said no one sees it anyway. I said I do. Then she didn’t come with me to ring it up and no one was at the desk. I haven’t shopped in there for years due to the strong smell. She said I should have worn a mask!

Heather the manager is awesome, and the store is always nice and clean with the newest decorations for our homes. Wonderful gifts to be found here!

The employees were extremely helpful and I found what I was looking for. Kirkland's is always a good place to walk around and browse.

Items are indicated as in stock at the store but aren’t, employee just scoffed and said nothing ever matches online. They shouldn’t have that feature then. Dismissive attitude and shoddily run store.

Loreen Hopkins is the worst clerk I’ve ever talked to. She denied to help us, so we didn’t buy anything, even when we wanted too. She is an old woman who should retire soon, she is only damaging the store reputation and sales. I don’t know why she is still there. I was there today with my husband and she treated us really bad. We are not coming back until she is gone.

I love this store and everything they have here me and all of my family been regular costumer for 20 plus year but the only problem they have there is the cashier name LORENA I thing she is a menaxher I was there today around 5:30 please check the camera and she speak very rude and she is racist she do descriminaton on people of different country because we are from Europe all the time if we go there she do same thing I wish I should talk to someone and they can fix that problem with her because everyone there very nice only she is the problem there LORENAThank you so much
