I had a great experience shopping at this Kroger. The aisles are clean helpful staff as well. ( store design inside is very premier.

My experience with the deli was top notch, I ordered 96 pieces of fried chicken when I tell you it was cooked to perfection and everyone raved about the quality of the meat and the juiciness of of the meat. My order was completed on time and my customer service experience was 10 out of 10. I have ordered two sandwich platters from this Kroger before this time I wanted to serve something warm and was not disappointed. For the amount of chicken you get no one around can beat the price. So if you looking for a crowd-pleaser without breaking the bank this is where you need to come hands down.

I’ve been shopping at Kroger for years and really love their products. The Kroger brand is affordable, high-quality, and free from high fructose corn syrup, which is a big deal to me. The store is usually well-stocked, and I can almost always find what I need.
That being said, this location feels very small. The aisles get crowded quickly, and it’s frustrating when people block the way without paying attention. The checkout process is also an issue. Expect to wait at least 15 minutes in line because there are rarely enough cashiers working. The workers are doing their best, but they’re stuck scanning and bagging endless orders without enough support.
Kroger really needs to hire more employees. If they offered better pay, I think more people would be willing to work for them. I try to bag my own groceries to help, but the company needs to take responsibility for improving this. These changes would make the shopping experience so much better for both customers and employees.

Update 12/27/24
During a pharmacy pickup (for my mother), I noticed that since I originally made this post and local WDIV news also had a news cast on the complaints of the "different" treatment of blacks from Kroger, they have hired at least two black people to grab the carts.
We have lived in the area since April. This is the first I have seen a black person work at this Kroger location.
In the meanwhile, I am still enjoying my savings at Meijer across the street. Still spending less than I used to at Kroger at Meijer. Perks are the BEST!
Thanks again.
We recently moved to the area and we used to shop here weekly. We have seen Janine working at customer service before. This day, I purchased $33 for a money order and used my debit card. Janine asked for my identification. For a $33 debit card purchase where I was using my pin. At first I was offended. I reflected. Over these past few weeks Janine has observed a beautiful, classy, well dressed and intelligent Black woman. She reflected on her pitiful life and felt threatened. Her indirect attempt to invade my privacy was a direct compliment to me. THANK YOU Janine.
The BBB doesn't handle civil rights cases. They do however monitor complaints for trends. If you are violated at this or any Kroger location, report it to the BBB.
My discussion with Mark the store manager and corporate complaint to Kroger was useless.
As a result of this worst Kroger experience ever in my life, we moved our business to the Meijer directly across the street. Wouldn't you know, the prices at Meijer are a lot cheaper. We also get gas, use Mperks discounts and digital coupons.
We also shared our negative experience with Kroger to friends and family.
In summary, I was complimented and now my family, friends and I are saving money with every trip to competition now for gas, groceries and a lot more.
Janine's pathetic negative attempt created positive results.
Thanks again, Janine.

This is a clean and well run store. The checkouts never seem to have a long line. Everything seems well stocked and the aisles are well labeled. I recommend bringing a cart in from the parking lot because they don’t always have them available inside. They also often don’t have baskets at the front door for people to use.

Its a solid 4 experience, there will be times that they will run out of milk and other groceries but generally good stock. I do think the staff could be a bit more friendlier and less intimidating, but my biggest complaint is the self checkout counters constantly misreading something and wanting to wait for help.

This is the worst Kroger around. They never have any registers open and rely on the self scan. The lines are normally long and the people who run the self scan take forever to help out.

Workers are rather rude here and lack basic customer service skills.
They also have an issue with product rotation, so make sure to double check the dates on things so as to not buy an expired/nearly expired product.

Customer service is horrible at this Kroger location. I went in there last night around 9:30pm. I wanted to cash in a Coinstar voucher. The self checkout lady told me she had no money to cash it. How can she have no money, the store was still open and customers were still there? So she asked the manager and she was like we already cashed everything out and can’t help you and then literally walked away. I was in shock. I went up to her and was like what am I supposed to do? She said “I guess you can come back tomorrow”. Both her and the self check-out lady were extremely rude! She shouldn’t be a manager with an attitude like that. I know losing one customer won’t matter to them, but I really hope one day exceptional customer service will appear again because it’s non-existent these days.

Not a bad shopping experience.
This location is larger than most non Marketplace Kroger stores in Michigan. The store is very clean and well organized. I was there while they were stocking shelves, which never bothers me.
The prices are the same as other locations in the area. Shelf tags were properly displayed as well.
I used self checkout to pay for my groceries, which was a breeze. A cashier was busy assisting other customers and seemed friendly.
I did observe a young man who was clearing the lot for carts. I haven't experienced anyone who was as fast and efficient as he was. This location has a golden gem for sure.
I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves a great shopping experience, with great sale prices!

Yesterday this part of the store was really neglected. I almost left to go to a different location after it seemed no one was showing up despite all machines and trashes being full. Eventually someone showed up (as I was turning my cart to leave). I live in canton but have preferred the Plymouth location these past few months. When I came to Canton’s location regularly, this experience was common. It’s a shame to see it hasn’t improved. I hope you guys find help for this department, as it helps a lot of families.

The only criticism, is with digital coupons. If you dont clip the coupon, the price is almost twice to three times as much. Many elderly, don't pay attention to that, and they wind up paying excessively.

Been shopping here for a decade now and today found that they skimp on their weekly deal papers.
