I have paid double to stay in “nicer” hotel for them to not be as nice as this one. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. If I ever was in the area again I would hands down stay

Having a good time with my family. Just no way to reach front desk but otherwise, it has been a good experience so far. Staff are very nice and friendly. Convenient location as it's close to many stores and restaurants.

Don't stay here. It smelled like someone was cooking curry in the room next door. There was mold on the shower and one of the lamps was broken. They also have baby roaches. Other then that tho it was

Update: The owner responded here! I was able to get a refund from my bank after sending them a screenshot of the owner's response.Rooms were the most affordable in the area during graduation time but is still decent. Breakfast was also great for what we paid for. My only problem is that I paid an early check-in fee of $20 upon checkout, which I agreed to pay, and they said they will email the receipt. The receipt never arrived and an additional $20 was charged to my card. I tried calling them several times and tried sending an email to the general manager. Calls get cut-off early and emails bounce back. I don't think it is possible to contact the hotel after your stay so better to plan ahead. Overall, I we are glad we chose this hotel over others since we saved a lot having a big party of 13.

Although it is rated as 2 star hotel, it has been managed well and is close to 3 star. Parking, breakfast and wifi are free. It also offers free coffee in the lobby. The room is not new or fancy but it is relatively clean. The cable tv has very good signal. I was hoping they do not serve chilled tap water in the lobby. You can taste it.

The company I work for got my room there, my room was not terrible I couldn't close the blinds to stop the light from shining in so I had to improvise that's all they had because there was a Convention in town no other rooms were

This place is run down and appears to be understaffed. It would benefit greatly from a remodel or, at least, some simple room upgrades (electrical outlets at the bed, for example -- which almost every other hotel has now).We booked a 2-night stay in a King Suite. We arrived for check-in around 7pm and stood at the counter for at least 15 minutes before any employee showed up. (There was no bell or sign that they were busy or anything -- just no employee there.) There was another person also standing at the counter already when we arrived -- so they were waiting even longer than 15 minutes. When they finally arrived, no apology or explanation for the long delay was given.We finally checked in and went to our room. The "Suites" at this location are actually two rooms attached with a connecting door - and the 2nd room is a normal room, but with a couch and chair instead of another bed. So, lots of space and a 2nd bathroom, which is nice. However, in our case, it appeared that this second room had not been well cleaned. The bathtub itself had dirt in the bottom. The toilet seat had urine on it. The floors were sticky. The table was in a weird spot -- not in front of the couch or any expected spot (see photos). It was as if they started to clean it, but didn't finish or something. There were new toiletries, at least. The main room was clean, but had a kid's scribbles out on the desk -- which also seemed very odd. Also, the top of the shower stall was dirty all along the top 6-8". Again, it felt as if cleaning had started, but then they just never finished or something.The smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag when we arrived. So, most likely, someone had been smoking in the room. The elevator and hallways strongly smell of weed smoking. Luckily, our room wasn't too bad.In any case, as I said, this hotel is simply outdated, run down, and appears to be lacking in staff. There are better offerings nearby in the same price range. We will be choosing one of those instead next time. This was a pretty disappointing experience.

Power ran out during 2nd day. Elevators stopped working. One of the worst experience in my life. This hotel doesn't have a generator. Near by hotels like the Comfort Suites were all operational after 30 minutes.

I booked a room with 2 beds and when I went up to the room, it was just a king size bed. The entire place smells horrible, everything is outdated and disgusting and you are going to stay here, be prepared to enter a Final Destination elevator. Hopefully I receive my refund.

We had a major power outage here in Canton MI on July 26. So I rented a room via priceline I got to the hotel at 11pm and all there power was out and tried to call and phones were down so I called priceline for a refund and they could not get ahold of the hotel to confirm because there phones and power was still down for 2 days more. And finally they got ahold of the manager and they lied and said no the power was out on the 27 and I was lying so I got ripped off of my $67 so stay far away from these deceitful people or what I like to CALL LIERS!¡!!!!!

Do not reserve a room here!!!!!!!!! I repeat do not reserve a room here!!!! I reserved a room here for 3 nights and caught the late flight there... Plane touchdown down 3am on the first night and by the time I got my luggage and called them they already had took my money and had canceled my reservation.. I called them and informed them I was only in town for my dad funeral and now at 3:45 am I had no room. They was rude and refused to give my money back or even give me my room that I paid for.... Do not reserve a room here!!!!! Make payment at front desk!!!! I had to settle for the worst room ever because of this and what time it was!!!!!!!!!! And still refuse to give my money back!!!!!!!!

The general atmosphere is nice, and pretty clean. Received EXCELLENT service from Ms. Mary K at the front desk. she went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable and was so friendly!! She made our stay here!

Front desk was great and very helpful. We have ben staying here for 16 years in Summer and i don’t think the furniture in the rooms have been updated. No bedside plugs, stained carpets and cockroaches. Otherwise a good visit.

The room was filthy, I put the card on the door to clean the room, and no one ever came in. My grandson played on the floor for 10 minutes, and his legs were black. Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves! Three times we've stayed at a Wyndham owned hotel, and they were all dumps. Never again! We had a dog with us, so I think they give you the worst room. Still, I'm done.
