I was in and out for bloodwork in less than an hour Saturday morning without an appointment. They are always busy, so don't come expecting to get in and out in 20min. Everyone I've encountered at Corewell have been very kind and professional. Thank you!

Why is THIS LAB LOCATION always a hit or miss with timing, services and courtesy? It’s been like that for years.
It’s so close to me but there are times, I’m not in the mood to get treated like “they’re” doing me a favor and I’m a bother. Sometimes I’m forced to go to another location.

I walked in on Friday. Was waiting for an hour. No one at front desk. Only one staff for drawing blood. I went home booked appointment for next day.
Went in on Saturday. They are taking patients based on arrival time. What the hell is going on here? No process in place. Total mess up.
