This store is great! Always very clean, the workers are very nice…but I have noticed that one employee named Tameka is very outwardly rude to the other employees with or without customers in front of them. However the other employees are fantastic and always help out however they can! It doesn’t matter day or time.

I decided to check out this store after seeing some good reviews and it was a good experience. I found what I was looking for though to be fair I'm a 36-38 band, more like a 37 and I didn't find exactly the right fit but that's always a challenge for me.

Great Experience!! Was a little nervous about coming in for a bra fitting . Gena did not hesitate to help me out. She went above and beyond all that I could have expected!! Thanks Gena!! Your awesome!!

Tammy is amazing!! Came in just to look around. My daughter and I started looking at the under garments, we decided to get measured. This was her first time getting measured. Tammy made her feel comfortable, and helped find her and I the perfect fits!! We ended up getting more than we thought we would!!

I came in store to return/exchange some bras that I bought online and the worker acted as if I was about to grab bras off the rack and stuff them in the same bag that I brought the old bras in. By the way, the bag I brought the bras in was the same shipping bag that I received them in lol everytime I come in here the workers act very skittish because I guess a five foot black woman is just so terrifying.

Me and my sister received fast and excellent help from Autumn.Other employees grimed us and looked at us like they had an attitude and didn’t SAY A THING!!!!! Autumn measured me had great hospitality and knows how to keep customers returning to this location. She is knowledgeable about the products in the store and sizes for all kind. Autumn is absolutely amazing and willing to help others and strives for success every time we come. She always has a smile on her face and willing to answer any questions. However the only downside the other employees and that I had to get my items shipped to my home because it wasn’t in store.

WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!
I have lived up the street from this lane Bryant location for over 5 years now and being a bigger girl blessed up top I shop here. I had always had a good experience here until this last one.
I walked in and from the door, no one greeted me, I wanted to get a fitting and some help on picking out the bras like I always have in the past. It’s quite rude for a customer to walk in and no one speaks, no one offered to help me, yet there was 3 associates that I saw working that day and the store was not at all busy.
I shopped by myself for about an hour, back and forth trying to find my size, the ENTIRE time I was there not ONE associate Ever said anything to me. There was one associate helping with a bra fitting so I can understand.
For the two associates standing at the registers laughing and joking and carrying on a conversation I find it really rude that you work at such a place with no customer service skills. I wasn’t going to really think too much into the situation but when I saw two white ladies come in some time after me and receive help I then knew it had to be they didn’t want to speak to the “black” girl.
That’s the only conclusion I can offer for this experience being that I was the only black
Girl shopping and for an hour I never received any help, not even a welcome to lane Bryant when I stepped in the door, but magically when the white ladies came in everyone was Johnny on the spot.
If I had time to go somewhere else that day I would have, but TRUST I will never spend another dollar of my hard earned money in this establishment to be treated as if I’m invisible. No one even smiled in my direction. Very bad taste left in my mouth about this experience it has been bothering me for days. Anyways I will just warn my fellow black ladies of my experience here!
