I made an appointment online for today at the Canton Location to get help with my taxes. I tried to call them twice over the past two weeks. Plus when I signed up for the appointment I noted I wanted them to call me before the appt. No call backs but I did get a text confirming the appointment. I get to the location and no one is there. Once again no one answering the phones. They should have blocked appointments from being booked if they could not accommodate customers. How unprofessional no call back, no sign on the door saying they are not open.After waiting for a while I gave up. Luckily Liberty Tax in Westland was able to get me in right away.

Wish I would have read the reviews before I went having the same problem will not return my call its been 5 months and still have not got my return and they made an error on my return. Do not go to any liberty tax location.

You might as well just do your tax by yourself if you are thinking of going here to do your tax done. Zero work ethic and zero professionalism.

Poor service... I recommend people not go here. This place needs to be closed down. They are not professional at alllll. They screwed my taxes up.... Everyone stay away from this tax place. Please don't let them do your taxes especially Melanie Yono and Laurie Petrowski they are not professional

I would give them zero stars if I could! Do not waste your money on this location, they are not trained to do taxes and if you have a problem good luck getting them to return your call. I had been going here for a few years but in the last year they have lost any employee that had knowledge on how to do taxes. Superior customer service, nope

If I could give them a 0 star, I would. They overcharge you. I told the lady I didn't want my taxes to be submitted and she submitted them anyways. I have been waiting to hear back from the owner for over a week and still no response. Go somewhere else!!! Don't let them screw you over like they did me
