Had to go for a special order pick up. The lady at the counter was helpful. The scan your email system did not work, so thankfully she was able to get someone to get my order. Gentleman who helped load was friendly. Overall a good experience.

CREDIT CARD THEFT: we had our credit card number stolen after a transaction at Lowe's (self-check out). Bought an exhaust fan. Next day someone tried to buy another exhaust fan ($100) online using our number. The day after that there was a donation to some nebulous Florida charity ($10). The card issuer caught both, probably because the perpetrators didn't have the cvv. Although we can't be 100% certain, the similarity and the timing bring us to believe that lax security at Lowe's was responsible. No money lost, but now all the services tied to that card have to be undated with a new number . . .

Bought a keypad lock as a Xmas gift on Good Friday. When we tried to install this gift the day after Xmas we discovered the contents inside the box had obviously been previously used and were scratched and damaged. Went back to Lowe’s to do a simple exchange to get an undamaged lock set and they refused an even exchange. Said I had to return it and repurchase a new one (of course at $50 more than I paid). They said Black Friday items can’t be exchanged. Wow. Never had this happen anywhere. Needless to say I just got a refund and Lowes has lost any future business from me. This is awful customer service., I was well within their posted 90 day return window. Calls to corporate customer service provided the same answer. Bye bye lowes
UPDATED JANUARY 4TH- RESPONDING TO YOUR ASSURANCE THAT YOU WOULD TAKE CARE OF MY ISSUE,....I CALLED THE NUMBER PROVIDED BY WHOEVER ANSWERED THIS REVIEW. THE REPRESENTATIVE GAVE ME YET ANOTHER ANSWER ON WHY THEY COULD NOT HAVE DONE A SIMPLE EXCHANGE AND REFUSED TO LET ME REPURCHASE THE ITEM AT MY ORIGINAL COST. SEEMS EVERY PERSON I SPEAK WITH PROVIDES A DIFFERENT REASON WHY THEY CAN'T HELP. SHOULD YOU WANT TO PROVIDE A DIRECT LINE OR NAME OF SOMEONE WHO CAN ACTUALLY HELP, PLEASE RESPOND. i WILL NOT DIAL THE CALL CENTER IN INDIA AGAIN.

I recently visited Lowe's, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience! The store had an excellent variety of products, from home improvement essentials to gardening supplies and decor. The aisles were well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff was incredibly helpful, offering expert advice and friendly service. Whether you're tackling a DIY project or upgrading your home, Lowe's is definitely a go-to destination. I'll definitely be returning for all my future home improvement needs!

Constantly horrible customer service at the counter. The young “manager” there does not know how to speak to customers with manners . I’ve given this Lowe’s too many tries over the last few months, and am constantly disappointed . Won’t be coming back to this location

Lowe’s is an amazing store. I go there now instead of the other lumberyard because they always have what I need when it comes to building materials they make my day whenever I need something. They find it for me. They are the greatest Lowes anywhere in Michigan. I feel but maybe I could be wrongthat Lowe’s on Carpenter Road the best Lowe’s I’ve been to

Just horrible… waste of time - they cancel order while you waiting on curbside pickup after checkin - no one show up to give u information that order been canceled - customer desk not helpful at all… no recommend to work with that sore at all…. Waste waste waste of time and no one give a dem.

Lowe's is Lowe's, what sets them apart is staffing and Lowe's. In Canton is very well staffed with helpful informative and polite folks. Ready to at least try to help.
What I really like about lowe's is they are very pet friendly, I have a dog with me at all times, and the staff get a kick out of us coming in and are very welcoming.
