Great experience for the second time in a row. Purchasing was easy. The team in Warehouse #2 got me out of there in about 10min. Evan was really personable and did a fantastic job.

If you are in the wasting your time, this is the place to purchase your lumber. First off Jesse Jayne’s at the front desk. Told me my materials would be delivered on a specific day and they were not wasted my entire day because Jesse told me my materials would be there and then when the materials got there Was short one piece of soffit so then I had to three-piece my soffit on the back of the garage I was building looks like crap .. Then when I called to ask about my materials that were left over because Jesse at the front desk did not tell me that my materials were 10 1/2 inches not eight a quarter so of course I had extra material and then when I called Travis to inquire about returning my special order material, I was very specific on the phone with Travis that it was special order. He told me returning it was not an issue so then when I spend two hours loading the material and driving it all the way to Canton I get there and they tell me they cannot return my materials because they are special order after I specifically told Travis it was special order and he told me it was no problem. If you like to waste your time, this is probably the place to go, but if you wanna get something done properly, you probably should go to Wimsatt where they Keep their word and don’t waste your time!! Yeah I am sure you’re real sorry .. you got your money you could care less about my time you wasted long as you got your money. That’s all that matters otherwise when my order was not delivered on the day I was promised there would have been compensation offered for wasting my time and I was very very specific with Travis on the phone about the materials being special ordered and he told me it was no problem. You will not be getting a second shot at my time. You will never cause me to lose again while you win. I will be taking my business to Wimsatt and I would suggest to anyone else looking to spend your money to do it with a company that has some integrity with their word and don’t waste your time at man’s or you will end up in the same boat as me receive a bunch of fake apologies for their negligence!!!

Great place to get quality materials. Biggest selection of in stock Trex I have ever seen. Jesse in Canton is a rockstar. He goes above and beyond. He has even hand delivered materials to me after he was off work. Hands down the best salesman ever!

Two males were Very arrogant, unwilling to listen, just showed bad attitudes, but went to hardwood side and female lady was very helpful and explained and showed all options

Contractor was hired to renovate home and he purchased material from Man’s Lumber. Work was completed and contractor was paid. We received a notice months later from Man’s with a copy of a lien and a demand letter from an attorney stating that the contractor never paid them for the material. The letter demanded that we as the homeowners who had no contact with Man’s pay them thousands of dollars because the person they sold the material to never paid them.
Perhaps in the future you should consider having a contract with those who purchase materials from you that allows you to pursue them for non-payment rather than pursing homeowners who fulfilled their contractual obligations to pay the contractor that completed work on their home.
It must be much easier for Man’s to extort money from homeowners by threatening legal action against them and their homes rather than pursuing contractors that don’t pay them.
These distasteful business practices will ensure that Man’s Lumber never receives my business or recommendation.

FANTASTIC place to buy lumber. Building a 10x10 pergola for my patio and never bought this much lumber before. I worked with Travis and he has been more than professional and accommodating.
Even so far as to offer an exchange pickup/drop-off because a piece wasn’t up to standard.
Overall, I’ll absolutely be coming back.

We ordered some custom trim pieces, and when we went to pick them up, some of the pieces that were stocked had sold out. We were originally given a time of two additional weeks to wait before the in stock pieces would be ready, but Dan was able to move some things around and got the new pieces for us in two days! Although we do not need many wood pieces, Dan will be my first go to every time after this interaction!

Every time I need to go there they are not open. Not customer centric at all. I needed help with deck repair on a product they carry and they didn't know anyone to help me n I am not sure why I even bother considering them other than I like to help local businesses.

We had a great experience working with Mans Lumber in Canton, and in particular, Krista Pelland, our kitchen design expert. When my husband and I first started out talking to various kitchen designers, Krista's expertise really stood out. She impressed us as someone we could count on to give us the advice we didn't yet know we needed. Krista helped us think about what we wanted from the remodeled space and guided us as we considered design features. She worked with us through every step including getting everything ordered in a timely way, and making sure the cabinets, countertops, and hardware would be delivered when they were needed during the renovation. She gave us good references on aspects of the kitchen that were beyond the scope of Mans products and we felt those related businesses were also high quality. She recommended a wonderful contractor with whom we enjoyed working and he did a terrific job. There are so many decisions with a kitchen remodel, and Krista made it easy from start to finish!
