I moved here back in 2021 if I remember correctly. As a Veteran who came out of service in 2021, I was looking for something that was quiet and peaceful. Meadowood Townhomes gave me that. It was also a great experience when they made it easy for me to apply here as well.
They're consistently working on improving their community over time which is always nice to see. The only complaint I have are the condense parking lots.

Would not move here it’s overpriced. It’s full of Lead which they never disclosed with me , especially in the bathroom walls , it’s definitely full of lead. When I first moved in, there was yellow water and the water tank was never changed. I’m not sure why the person before me didn’t say anything because it was yellow brown. They had to change the whole water tank and act like it was the cities problem.. Never changed the carpet or steamed cleaned it. had to request to get it changed even though it was pitch black. Overall experience terrible not worth 1430 a month and i would not live on 1201 stacy dr .

My family was discriminated against in the process of applying here. The lies they came up with to cover it up was the worst part. Lost out on money and a job.

My lady friend lives here, and I like her place, but Meadowood Townhomes as a whole is just okay.

Literally the worst most run down community im Canton. They always have open availability because residents are constantly moving out. Paying $1600 and up for a townhome with old carpet, cracks in every wall, horrible patch jobs done by maintenance, small bathrooms and thin walls . They just painted all buildings grey. Stay away frim this jail cell. Please check out othwr communities. Meadowood should be a LAST resort never a first

I had an awesome experience working with Ginny and Amy. Their engagement skills and professionalism was great. They made apply to Meadowood easy. We are excited to be new residents in this community.

The office staff are very kind and helpful. When we moved in maintenance was also a huge help. It is a very clean, quiet community.

Henry was the technician that helped me with my dishwasher. He was knowledgeable and helpful with finding the diagnosis and fixing the problem! Thank you!

They are rapidly raising rent and have not renewed the lease of anyone that has lived there for over 5-7years. They wanted to raise the rent $400-$500 (to around $1450) and claim that the apartments are more luxury by adding stainless steel appliances and oak cabinets. Most of my neighbors and I moved out. They used to have a small gym you could use, they don’t anymore.Their maintenance is friendly but the property management drags their feet on expensive repairs. We caught bed bugs from a neighbor 5years ago and the neighbor moved out. We were on the hook for the infestation despite evidence that the neighbor that moved tossed furniture that was infested. The noise from the expressway traffic and construction is nearly constant. The foundation of building 9 cracked during the 275 construction and management and maintenance could do nothing about it. The crack was on the East wall of the basement foundation in building 9. The vibration from the construction knocked items off walls and rattled windows. There is a rat infestation in the area. I informed management that it appeared that there were holes being dug under the entrance to our unit and all they did was put one trap. We could see the rats at the public dumpsters running around at dusk. For the past year uhaul trucks were a weekly sighting and we’d see the occasional emptied out apartment with stuff piled up next to the road.Cars would be broken into regularly and the sound of car alarms going off would happen several times a month. Don’t leave your valuables in your car. My work vehicle has broken into 3 times and my Jeep could have nothing in it. There were several times that the dumpsters were set on fire and cars were damaged by the heat. They don’t plow the roads right after it snows so getting out of the complex can be difficult sometimes. And some families wait in their car at the school bus stop at the only exit causing a backup during winter. Plan accordingly. Some of the office staff were friendly. They wanted to make a community. They’d bring food trucks, have occasional contests about gardens (this ended when property management changed their mind and had everyone tear out their gardens).Maintenance tried to fix things but it was apparent that they could only do so much. My ac unit was broken as would freeze over for several years before they replaced the unit last year.

Meadowood apartment is full of beep. I have no judgements or criminal background issues and they denied me a rental after advising me that I qualified as a renter. Then told me I would get something in the mail advising why. Upon getting said letter it had no information as to why my application was denied. It listed a number to call and when I called the 3rd party company advised they could email me a copy of the credit report their finding had no judgements or criminal history and the final decision is up to the apartment complex. When I contacted the complex Wendy, Amy & sone other lady name unknown they said the third party screeners make the decision on who is allowed to rent their homes. I started to contact the management companies person over them and felt like it wasn't worth it. Cause GOD got something better planned for me. I should've sued for discrimination
