Slow. Unhelpful. Had an issue come up with insurance while checking out, so they pulled me to the side. Resolved it and they told me to get back in line. What? I just waited for 15 minutes behind 3 people and now I have to go to the back AGAIN to check out? There were 5 people there now. No thanks. Immediately transfered my scripts to CVS.

No wonder why they have only 2.3 stars right now. I have been having all of my family members (more than 8 people) prescriptions here, plus vaccinations, there are some nice people here except 1-2. It’s been okay customer service but just experienced the worst again and forced me write a review. Courtney was so rude, too much attitude and zero professionalism. I asked couple questions and requested to change the phone number, she was like “make sure you request when you drop off next time, it supposed to done over there” it literally takes 5 sec to change the number. Hope some addressed all these reviews. If I experience the same then I will take all of my prescriptions some where else.

Worst customer service I have received from a pharmacy!! Nadine is rude and not helpful at all. She did not ask if we had medical insurance. We paid full price not realizing she did not check our insurance. I called the next day and she basically blew me off , placed me on hold for about 15 minutes. Her coworker whose name I cannot even remember because her tone of voice that she used over powered her words was just as bad if not worse - From the moment she picked my call back up, she had an attitude and I even told her that I did not want her to help me because of how she was speaking to me. Still she refused to put Nadine back on the phone. Not sure why this type of service is allowed but I hope it gets addressed. I’m sure you don’t care since your staff clearly doesn’t seem to care about your customers but you just lost another one.

As with most of these reviews I got tired of awful customer service and 2 day delays on scripts being filled. Being unfriendly must be a required skill to work in this pharmacy. I moved to a smaller local pharmacy and couldn't be happier.

The worst pharmacy I've dealt with in years. Everybody is confused and I made 2 blank trips for my meds only to get turned away because of a mistake a pharmacist made. Go anywhere else but here for your needs

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!Stay away from this Pharmacy. Lady that (red hair with glasses) helped me and my mother was extremely rude.

Treated horribly today at the pharmacy. The woman was rude, made faces and rolled her eyes. Not mentioning names...blonde woman wears glasses with rhinestones on the side, She's been there forever and I try not to have her wait on me. Should not be working with the public if she has no people skills!

Ever since Meijer renovated this store, quality of customer service at their pharmacy department has gone down significantly. I have been a customer of this pharmacy for over 15 years but now I am having a second thought. Some of the key challenges are related to rude pharmacists trying to get rid of customers fast and not realizing they are getting rude by doing this. Not answering question in some instaces. Last night was too much, I was told that in order to pick up my medication I will have to pay full as my insurance is not going to cover. I had to insist so many to have them check their system for errors as I am an active employee and covered fully. Upon checking they found the system error and corrected and asked me to come next day.I hope my constructive feedback will be taken into consideration to improve customer service.

I have been receiving my medication from this Meijer pharmacy location since my last pharmacy had closed about 3-4 years ago. Every time I pick up my medications there is some sort of problem and or attitude from the pharmacist/tech. No one has any care for their patients. I let all of that nonsense slide until today when they said one of my medications they could only fill it partially because it’s on back order and I asked what I was supposed to do and they said find another pharmacy very rudely. They don’t want to help the people that have mental/physical health problems and they just simply don’t care. I went to a brand new pharmacy by my apartment in cherry hill village in canton called “Raman Pharmacy” and I spoke with Hitesh and he said he would have my medication full filled by tomorrow and he said he would take care of all the transfers of all my medications for me and my wife. We will never step foot into a Meijer for anything, and definitely not for prescriptions ever again.

Told me my script would be ready in an hour at 5:15. I got there at 5:40, said there was an issue with insurance they had to process it again to drive around the drive thru again, when I go to drive around there’s 5 cars behind me, I go inside there’s 6 people in front of me. I patiently wait, get to the window to explain to the woman I was in the drive thru and she says” ok, what do you need? Rudely cut me off. I tell her my script only to find out that it’s a day too early to fill… why wouldn’t they tell me that before waiting over an hour to get my script? I do not care for this pharmacy or the staff.

Meijer pharmacy in canton is the worst pharmacy ever!! Told the prescription is going to be ready in an hour and when I show up they say that it will be ready tomorrow afternoon. I tell them they just told me you'll be ready an hour and I'm all out of my medication so they say okay give us 30 minutes. I come back 30 minutes later and wait in the long line again only to be told they're not ready give them 10 more minutes. This is just ridiculous I've never been somewhere where the pharmacy staff is so incompetent. Get your s*** together!!

The only reason I go there for my mother-in-law's precipitation is that she lives close by. No matter if I call before 3 days but it is never ready on time and they never bother to tell you they are out of meds. And the staff is always RUDE!!
