The gentleman at the counter was very nice and helpful in getting my phone number transferred over to a new phone. However, when I asked how to transfer my 7GB of music, he kept saying, "you don't have any music, those are just old files." Yes. MP3's are files, sir. Eventually, I convinced him, and he told me to use "smart switch" which is not an app I can download on my "old" (one year old) phone (that I got at the same place) due to it being out of date. So, I've had to figure out how to do it on my new phone and it's been a complete nightmare that has taken several hours. He also told me that my new plan will not go into effect for two months and that I would be charged the old rate until then, even though I am under a month-to-month contract. Won't be going back.

My mother in law went here to get help with her Gmail. Well she got logged out recently and when I helped her it said she was still logged in somewhere. It gets real confusing but we almost weren't able to recover her account. Fortunately I was trying to help her transfer her contacts to the new Gmail she created and was able to see that she was still logged onto a device IN CANTON there was also a recovery email very similar to hers entered in. She has been having weird activity on her credit card on top of it all. Well I was able to log them out, change the recovery email. Just be careful and do not give out your passwords to these people!!!

I find it interesting they charge $20 to switch a SIM card into a new phone but the location in Belleville charge $15. Hmmmm? I won’t be back here and the guy is meh.

I brought in a speaker that was not working and showed it to the sales guy he looked it over and messed around with things then he told me it was broke and could not be fixed and then he sold me another another speaker later that day the old speaker started working again when I brought the new one back to return it he told me he could not give me a refund even though he said that the old one was broke and could not be fixed and as he was telling me this he started yelling at me I then told him to stop yelling at me he stopped for a little bit then continue to yell at me I would never ever go back to the store and certainly would not recommend anybody else to allso he didn't have a mask on even though the sign on the door said that you had to have one on to enter
