Both of the ladies up front were super nice and helpful!! Deb asked me if i needed help with anything and walked me right to where i needed to be and made it a point to be very helpful and kind. Give these ladies a raise :)

Michael’s has a wide variety of supplies for many popular hobbies and crafting - including artistic painting supplies, jewelry, etc. and they also have some specialty spray paints (textured, glow in the dark, etc.) as well as picture framing and seasonal decor.
It’s also worth noting that they have only a fraction of their model kits.

I forgot a bag at self check out and the customer after me took it instead of turning it in, I had left my receipt in the bag without realizing it so I had no proof of purchase besides my other bag. The staff was very kind and sympathetic even though they couldn’t help me that day, and upon returning the following day the same staff members apologized for not being able to help me and expressed how bad they felt about it. Megan spoke to the store manger and got permission to take me around the store and find the items I had purchased the day before and then bagged them and made sure I took them with me this time. Leaving my bag behind and having another customer take it was no fault of any employee, but they all did what they could to help and I truly appreciated that so much, the staff at the Michael’s on Ford road are lovely and I will always return to this Michael’s solely because of how kind they are.

I went to get some art framed and the woman who helped me was so patient and knowledgeable. And the person sticking the aisles helped me find three different things and they were so cool about it each time. I love this store
