  This place is bad for business! I bought a SRT grill light emblem and within two weeks the light stopped working. I contacted them and told them the issue. They agreed to send a new box. Ok so I tried it and the light still was not working. I contacted them again but they never responded. Mind you I bought this light in July so they had plenty of tike to get back with me. Here it is late September. I sure did call my bank for my money back. They then had the audacity to ask for their product back. Not on my dime. Do your research before you order.

  Next Gen Speed is the place to go if you need accessory mods for interior, or exterior installed if you live in the metro Detroit area. They thrive on installing aftermarket parts most collision shops won't attempt to install because they are not OEM parts. The work they do is professionally installed, and the parts are of quantity material.

  I placed an order with these guys based on them having a fair price and the indicated shipping time. I sent a premature email regarding a possible shipping delay but two hours later I had tracking with a two day delivery date. Sorry for jumping the gun, Next-Gen! I can't wait to hit the race track with my new aero!

  One star is too much at this point very poor customer service. They never answer the phone. They take your money right away been waiting 6 weeks no update but they had my money day one of the order. I leave messages no one gets back to u. Not happy.

  Got hooked up with some Carbon Fiber interior parts for my 2016 Audi A5! I highly recommend going to them I got the parts within a week.

  I ordered a 2014-2015 ZL1 1LE bumper conversion and their website stated 2-3 week shipping times. I ordered the product in May and did not recieve the product until July. Customer service was unresponsive and did not communicate effectively to provide good customer service. After receiving the product for 2 months of waiting the instillation was very easy which was the best experience I had… all goes downhill from here. I installed the bumper and after 2 days the bumpers poor build quality caught up to it and broke. I sent pictures to the company explaining what happened and was told, “ after instillation all warranty’s are voided”. Not one spot on the website states this anywhere nor did anyone explain this clearly so a new customer could have a great understanding before purchasing the product. I was basically told sorry that sucks for you.. I have countless emails and phone calls trying to communicate with the business but they refuse to answer call or help. I will be filing a letter with the BBB for Arizona showcasing all the evidence of the terrible customer experience. Some things you can’t control like shipping, but at least control the things you can like quality customer service. Last time ever buying from this business.

  I originally called the day before I purchased vland heads lights for my camaro asking if they were in stock and how much just the harness for the third brake light light was....didn't get a response and order them the next day along with light reflectors
  
  I called after a few days asking for information on the orders they canceled the wrong item even tho it shows complete online they didn't have a tracking number for either item.
  
  I paid more money then eBay not wanting knock offs and went threw a legit website only to look at the feedback on google and another site and noticed about only a 70-75% positive feedback and now I see why
  
  Even if you guys are middle men looking to source parts you can't even get that right....I had to cancel my orders STAY AWAY

  I ordered a side marker. Delivery time to Germany was about 1 week, which was quick :) 1 side marker broke after a few weeks, a replacement was sent immediately
