I had a very bad experience at this store , We Brought a Gaming chair today , We was following a guy that's a office max Employee who is a Allegedly a Suspected White Supremacists to make sure he get the right gaming chair , We got the blue and Black chair ,and he told my big cousin not to follow him with a bad Attitude because of our race. If you a Person of Color don't shop here. As a matter of face we are going to call the corporate office this is discrimination...

I needed help finding the ink cartridges I needed for my printer.
I went up to the register and asked for help and within minutes someone came over to the ink aisle and found it for me. This wasnāt the first time I needed help in the store and the employees have always been very helpful and pleasant.

I was an employee for Office Max from 2003-2007. I Stopped in here yesterday to return software I purchased about a week ago. The price of the return was $10 and I had my receipt. The cashier was so into his phone and texting that I had to announce my presence 3 times. Customer service was terrible and I was told that even though I never opened the software that I could not return it and it was within the 14 day return period. I was literally told sorry you canāt return this and to have a nice day. I asked to see the manager and the cashier huff and puffed. They communicated by Walkie Talkies as I asked if she could come to the counter. She came over to the register with a negative attitude as I pointed to the back of the receipt and read word for word the language that my item actually did qualify for a return. It took everything in me not to give both of them a piece of my mind and I had to remind my self that this is why I went off to college, obtained a well paying job and that I had more to lose than to act a fool in public (Canton). They never apologized for their poor customer service and upper management should definitely have more trainings
on store policy and customer service.

I went into purchase a banner for my son's band debut of their first album. Grace was so helpful from getting the album cover pic downloaded to my phone from FB to playing with the image to fit the banner size I chose. After she printed it, the bands logo looked to blurry, so she suggested the next size down and that made the difference. It turned out great! This was all done while I shopped that evening and I took the banner home with me that night. Thanks again Grace š

Iāve never had the service from office Max that I have been going through this past week. I ordered prints a week ago, and explained exactly how I needed them to be. It took approximately 2 days for me to get a call that the order was done. (which is totally fine)
I get there, and the prints are cut terribly, the staffed stated that a āstaff must of missed the quality check of the orderā so of course I have to wait 2 more days for these prints to be completed.
2 days later, I show up to pick up the Reprints, and only half the order is done. So guess what, I have to drive back AGAIN.
Each staff member I talked to blamed the job on a new employee, like why didnāt y'all check the order since sheās so new???
This was a terrible experience and interrupt my timeline for why I needed the prints. I will never go to this location again.
If you are in need of prints, do yourself a favor and find another store.

Customer service left much to be desired, both employees gave me and other customers attitude as well as made us wait 20 minutes and could not even return what I wanted to.

My online order was transferred to another location, even though I thought it went through at this location. I went by today at 3:30, and the guy with dark curly hair in printing totally took care of it for me, on the spot. Thanks again for being awesome! I recommend!

Had an instance where I made a mistake with a phone number on a stamp, and they re-printed the stamp with the correct number absolutely free of charge. Great support, other companies should learn from this location on how to handle customers
