Amber greeted me, told me about the big sale, and was very helpful in helping me find what I needed. I have disabilities and she was very kind. I noticed she also stayed busy when not helping customers. I used to work in retail for years (elsewhere) and she is an asset to Old Navy! Cashier (sorry, forgot her name) was nice, too. I got 3 nice cotton or linen blouses/tops for less than $30 total, incl. tax, which was less than the regular price of the most expensive one!

Do not use a gift card for an online pickup! Old Navy is now keeping a $40 gift card that I used for an online pickup. For merchandise I’ll never receive. The website said all the items were available, when in fact they were not. There was nothing they could do in store to help me, and said I had to call. I’ve now called 4 times in the last two weeks, and I give up. They’re making it incredibly difficult, & I’m not wasting anymore of my time on this.

Please be aware that returns can only be done within 30 days. After that, there is nothing that can be done. I even chatted online with a rep who said I would need to do the return in store; however, the store refused to return or do store credit. At this point, I will be donating the clothing and shopping elsewhere from now on. Very disappointing.

I recently tried to return Old Navy merchandise to this store and my return was refused. My online order included both Gap and Old Navy items, but the order email was sent by Gap. The person who was helping me would not accept the return because the email said Gap ... Even though they were clearly Old Navy items. (I provided them with the order number, confirmation email, phone number and email address, the items were in new condition with tags, and I was well within the return timeframe.) I have returned online purchases to the store many times before and have never had this issue.I asked to get help from a manager but the woman helping me informed me that she was "the highest level of management I could talk to" at the store. She was rude and unhelpful.I left the store and called customer service, who told me the store absolutely should have accepted the return. But since they wouldn't, my only choice was to ship it back. A huge pain considering I had already gone out of my way to return to the store, and I don't own a printer to print the return label.I will not be shopping here again.

Pretty good Old Navy. Better than most Old Navy Stores. This also is in a great, convenient location, right along Michigan Avenue! Good to have an Old Navy this close to home!

This store always messes up discounts and coupons and when you call the manager they are curt and not helpful, same thing happened to me, they don't even want to fix it, check your bills before you pay!!
