Worst once upon a Child I’ve ever been to. The customer service is horrible.
Tried to offer me $12 for brand new items with the tags still on it.
I also have twins so when I asked one of the cashiers to help me bring the box out to my car, she told me to pull my car up and that I could do it myself.

Great place to shop for baby and young kids, I believe they stock items all the way up to elementary age.

I’ve been to another location. This was my first time at this location. It’s very sparse with toys and books, if there are a selection of books they’re a little too loved. Some sizes in clothes are very empty such as boys 8. The staff doesn’t greet you when arriving to the store. There was a line waiting to cash out and not one worker acknowledged the line waited for a while I was about to leave my cart and say forget it at that point. Right when you walk in there is a BUNCH of people’s stuff everywhere that they are either dropping off or they are go backs, maybe it an unsafe walkway especially if you have toddlers. Unfortunate I was excited to check out a new location and thought it would be a good experience considering it’s a much larger location, certainly not the case

A worker there spent about five minutes loudly complaining about how a woman packaged her donations. It was very uncomfortable to listen to.

Drove 35 minutes out here after sending pictures to confirm they would look at my 3 bigger items only for them to immediately tell me no because they don’t actually accept them and the outdoor toy has minor wear and tear from being outdoors. Waste of gas and time. Will be going to other consignment stores in the future. Don’t bother messaging them. They won’t tell you things that disqualify your items until you’re in the store.

Once upon a child is a great store. I’ve been to multiple locations. This location had the rudest staff. I walked in at 7:25, almost closing time which is at 8. I went to check out at 7:50. The staff members were not directly rude to me, but catty with each other, complained about the big bills I was using, talked badly about another customer trying to drop off clothing. This is unusual for this location but I haven’t been to the store in a couple years. Sad to see staff be so grumpy and mean.

I will not take anything to this store again to try to sell, as it seems they are very much interested in giving you next to nothing for the items that you bring in. I literally took close to 30 items in here and they offered me about $30 bucks and the items that I took in were in almost new condition. I definitely understand they are trying to strike the balance between making a profit and giving customers good prices, but you can't do that by trying to rob the people that are selling the items. I wasn't expecting to get this huge amount of monies, but at least be fair with people, as they are the ones that are keeping your store open with bringing in the items. Whomever owns this place better take a good look at their policies and how they do things, as bad reviews lead to less sellers, less product and a closed store. Also, the staff waiting on me was great and I can sense they are embarrassed to even tell people what they can offer them.
