They are really friendly and make sure that everything is setup in terms of your heart rate tracker and class. They also take care to give extra support to new people, making sure we are all setup and that we know what to do in the classes. The instructors are nice and helpful and don’t push you obnoxiously hard, they push a bit but let you decide how intense you want to go

The workouts are not repetitive and the coaches are super inspiring and motivating. I love the energy and no one makes you feel bad no matter what fitness level you are at! I am addicted to OTF

I love Orange Theory Fitness in Canton, MI! The coaches and staff are super friendly and helpful. The workout is one of the best I've done; including cardio, strength and weights. It's my favorite way to start the day!

Arrived 8 minutes prior to class instead of 10, wouldn’t let me in and instead debated for 3 minutes about their policy instead of doing a quick tour and being accommodating. Never seen a gym that requires such an advanced a “tour” before starting. Other gyms (ie. Barry’s) just let you fill out forms online and arrive 5 min before class to change and get ready. The staff at orange theory in canton made my first experience so easy and stress free. Connie was amazing and helped me through my first workout! Staff is very friendly and the class was amazing!

I joined Orangetheory a year ago after wanting to challenge myself to different workouts and it has far exceeded my expectations. The community is so supportive of one another whether you’re a beginner or have worked out for years. The coaches push you to be a better you, make alternative exercises when you need modifications and make it a fun workout with their personalities and great music. I highly recommend.

If you are looking for a workout to commit to, try Orange Theory. The coaches at OTF Canton are so kind, motivating and make coming to class fun! I was never an early morning workout person but now I am consistently attending 6AM Orange Theory classes 4-5 times a week because I love the energy and feeling of accomplishment it gives me. Do yourself a favor and prioritize yourself by starting a journey at Orange Theory Fitness Canton.

Orangetheory is a challenging but doable workout for all fitness levels. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. By far the best workout in the area!

I have now been going to OTF Canton for 2 years and almost 500 classes. I can tell you that the hospitality and caring that this studio has is nothing compared to other gyms I have been to. I have visited other OTF and other classes and have never felt so welcomed the way this studio does. Joining this studio makes you part of a family!
